After completing my dental implant treatment with Pickle Prosthodontics, I can confidently say that choosing Dr. Pickle and his team was one of the best healthcare decisions I've made.
From the initial consultation through surgery, healing, my temporary crown, and finally my permanent gold crown, the entire team treated me with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Every step of the process was explained clearly, and I always felt informed and comfortable with what was happening.
Because I was making a significant investment in my dental health, I had many questions throughout the process. Dr. Pickle and his staff never made me feel rushed. They took the time to answer my questions, discuss treatment options, and provide additional information when I wanted to learn more about the materials being used in my final restoration. That level of transparency gave me great confidence in my treatment.
The quality of the work has been outstanding. My final gold crown looks fantastic, feels comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. It's clear that Dr. Pickle takes pride in delivering exceptional results and ensuring his patients are satisfied.

This is a fantastic place to have your dental work done, they treat you like family and are very good at putting you at ease. Dr pickle is the best! He is excellent at explaining everything that needs to be done and is a genuinely nice person.

I had a great experience at pickle prosthodontics, and I am deeply grateful for the restoration of my bite! When I started treatment at pickle prosthodontics, I only had one lower molar to chew all of my food with. Like many of Dr. pickle's patients, I had had bad experiences or Received questionable advice from other dentists. I was discouraged and did not know what to do, I knew that I did not want a metal plate. Dr. pickle is a consummate professional, and the clinic experience is designed to be smooth, easy, and top notch. The availability of an on-site lab puts this clinic in a class of its own. I placed my entire trust and confidence in Dr. pickle and his staff, and now I have a fully restored lower jaw and can masticate my food with ease and comfort. I highly recommend this place.

Super friendly staff clean bright office privacy maintained throughout my visit. Kathy, Amy, Wes, Trisha, Joyce and Dr Pickle. I’m very pleased with the service I received in the office. After 12 years of service in Chicago I have never received the I debt cleaning and care that I received in your office. I’ll certainly spread the word about the great care and attention to details I received in your office. The office is convenient to get to from I25 in the Briargate area. Very affordable prices can’t be beat. Experts in the field of prosthodontics I’d recommend going straight to them avoid the wanna be’s that claim to be quick, giving same day service or the clear choice. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank you all for my beautiful smile.

I recently completed a 2-year journey with Pickle Prosthodontics, and I couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care I received. From start to finish, the staff was incredible. Joyce and Tricia at the front desk were always on top of things, sending reminders and greeting me warmly by name with a refreshing offer of water while I waited.
The assistants, including Amy, Alicia, Gennesee, Hailee, and Sonja, were outstanding in their professionalism and kindness. Wes in the lab was also instrumental in crafting my prosthetics.
Big shoutout to Dr. Pickle. His expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. I'm so thankful for the care and consideration he showed me.

About Pickle Prosthodontics
Pickle Prosthodontics is a specialty dental practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado, located near the Briar Village area off North Union Boulevard. The practice focuses exclusively on complex dental restoration and tooth replacement, including single dental implants, full arch implant solutions such as All on 4 and iTeeth, complete and partial dentures, implant retained crowns and bridges, and full mouth reconstruction. The office also offers oral appliance therapy for snoring and sleep apnea, and works with a certified registered nurse anesthetist to provide sedation for patients who need extra comfort during treatment.
One thing that sets this office apart is its in-house dental laboratory, where the practice's own technicians fabricate and repair crowns, dentures, and other prosthetic devices on site. This allows the team to closely control the fit, shade, and finish of each restoration rather than sending work out to an outside lab. The practice also uses three dimensional cone beam imaging and intraoral scanning to plan implant placement and restorations. Pickle Prosthodontics works closely with general dentists and other specialists throughout the Colorado Springs area, taking referrals for patients who need advanced implant or full mouth rehabilitation care.
Meet the Doctors
Dr. B. Todd Pickle, DDS, MS is a board certified prosthodontist who has practiced in Colorado Springs since 1994. He earned his dental degree, then completed a Master of Science in Dentistry with a specialty certificate in prosthodontics at Baylor College of Dentistry, followed by a fellowship in maxillofacial prosthodontics and dental oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He later served as a clinical associate professor at the University of Colorado Health Science Center School of Dentistry. Dr. Pickle is a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists and holds membership in organizations including the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, the Academy of Osseointegration, and the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
