Although I have been in the dental business for many years and have known Dr. Belcher professionally, I have never personally needed his services until recently. I was quite anxious but he and his staff were very kind and compassionate! I received excellent care and would highly recommend treatment with this practice!

I had a serious problem with a fractured tooth. My dentist contacted Piedmont Oral Surgery, they were able to see me that afternoon. Not only did they evaluate the problem but agreed to remove the tooth that day since I was the last patient of the day. The young lady who helped Dr Belcher explained in detail what they would be doing and answered all of my questions. The procedure went well and I left there with a mouthful of gauze very happy to be rid of the tooth. The entire staff was very professional, I couldn't thank them enough for staying and taking care of me.

Whether in the Greensboro or Burlington location, expect excellence in customer service and patient care. Scheduling is a snap! Appointment check in and check out is warm, friendly and hassle-free! I鈥檝e had implants seated and Dr. Gollehon is gentle and has the bed-side manner reminiscent of days gone by. He and his staff speak with you and inform you every step of the way. Attention post-procedure is equally high-quality and high-touch! Expect a follow up call within hours of your procedure to check in on you and see if there are any concerns. Should a concern develop overnight, expect to be immediately scheduled to return to the office so Dr. Gollehon can put his eyes on you and address your concerns. Did I say that you鈥檙e in good hands? That鈥檚 what I meant to say 馃グ.

They are very nice and very comforting to the patient. Anytime I have work done in my teeth I鈥檓 a nervous wreck, but I wouldn鈥檛 have any other office pull a tooth for me. They are great.馃槉

I had a failed root canal on what they call a hot tooth and was miserable in pain, my dentist sent me straight to piedmont oral, they evaluated me, set up an appointment for the next morning, I had sedition and extraction and was out in 45 minutes. They've called and checked to make sure I'm doing well twice! I can't say enough kind words and how grateful I am for the doctors and staff.
