I was afraid of the dentist so much so that I had not gone in over 15 yrs. I had a consultation about what I needed and just that alone broke me into tears. The staff and doctor were SO very understanding. They didn't chid me for being afraid. They made me feel welcome and understood. They talked through everything they were doing; had to X-Rays. I have been.going for over a year now. Just had my 3rd cleaning along with other dental procedures along the way - crown, filling, and even an implant. They still talk me through everything thing they are doing, ask how I am doing during the procedures and make sure I am comfortable with what is going on. The front desk staff is just as amazing. They greet you with a smile, hello, and I will get you checked in without you even saying your name. I refer anyone that says they are looking for a dentist. Honestly because of them I smile more and have more confidence that I can over come hard things in my life.

I am new to the area and was 2 years past due for a routine cleaning and overall check up due to relocating. I was lucky enough to get in super quick. A lot of other places were booked out until mid to late March. Everybody was super kind and welcoming and my hygienist was super thorough and gentle with my teeth. Ellie you rock! I’m so happy I found my new dentist family! Thanks Pine Ridge!

I had originally taken my daughter here and after seeing her experience, I could not wait to book a visit for myself. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, organized, and welcoming, and the front desk staff made check-in quick and easy. The dental team was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. They really go out of their way to make sure patients feel comfortable and at ease, checking in throughout the appointment and explaining everything clearly. It never felt rushed, and I felt like they genuinely cared about my experience. The technology that they use is amazing and I love how knowledgeable all of the staff is. What stood out most was their focus on patient comfort—they made something I usually dread feel manageable and even positive. Their approach to care is seamless every step of the way. Customer service and communication are something I value greatly and they get all the stars for me on those. 10/10 I highly recommend Pine Ridge Dental in The Dalles, especially if you’re someone who gets nervous about dental visits! Dr. Feller and his team are AMAZING!

My family just moved to the dalles and we needed a new dentist. I have to say that doctor feller and his team made us feel welcome, they were very professional and provided excellent care. Their equipment is cutting edge and the office is very well run. Best dental cleaning I've ever had. I highly recommend pine ridge.

Hello, my name is Ken, i have had a terrible time with dentist, long story, pretty much gave up on all of them. Have not seen any in a long time. But to my suprise this place did a really good job. Color me impressed. Would i recomend them??? Yes i would. Very nice, laughed at my dumb dad jokes and was very concerned about me. Good people.
