Awesome indeed. The thoroughness of the exam and cleaning were very much appreciated. Thankful for all the explanations and thoughts of all who cared for me. I left confident that I understood what all of you were seeing and what dental health issues I should be alert to. And I enjoyed visiting with everyone there very much

My wife had previous experience with Dr Jacob and his team, however this was my first time. I can report that I was very impressed from the first contact at the front desk and throughout the entire teeth cleaning process. From Terra and Tamara to Dr. Jacob they were all very professional, well trained and all presented a very pleasurable experience. For the first time ever I walked out of my dentist visit and had a feeling of being with friends just having an enjoyable time. This was truly a WOW experience.

I had a tooth with a previous root canal and crown (from a different dentist) that broke off right at the gum line. It was a front tooth of all things! I called Pine River Dental Arts after the dentist that I had been using was unable to see me promptly. Pine River got me in quickly, and clearly explained my options. I opted for a bridge, and they pulled the rest of the broken tooth that day. They even set me up with a temporary retainer (purely cosmetic but SO worth it!) using my old broken crown to get me by until my gums healed enough to put the bridge in. At my next appointment, they made me a permanent bridge in house, held in place by crowning the neighboring teeth. Customer service was fantastic, my bridge feels and looks excellent. Pine River Dental Arts will be getting all of my dental business from now on.

Definitely a ‘5’. Dr Jake and his assistant Tara couldn’t be more accommodating to my needs. They are sweet and very professional. I’m so glad I switched to Pine River Dental 🥰

Dr Jake and Tara at Pine River Dental are the best! I had to have dental work done and I hate going to the dentist they made me feel at ease and I didn’t feel a thing. The procedure went better than I expected and I was done in no time. Thank you Dr. Jake and Tara for your patience with me and doing a pain free procedure your the best. My fear of going to the dentist no longer exists!
