Dr Anthony Pikos performed a crown lengthening a few weeks ago. I'm on blood thinners, but he controlled my bleeding 100%. Wonderful! And my hygienist Dawn is the best around. The Enterprise Rd office staff are always very helpful.

First, the procedure was done with skill and well. My son has a tooth that never came in and after orthodontic treatment needed an implanted fake tooth to fill the gap. We were quoted just at $3900, which is high, but we understood that since insurance would not cover most of if any of it, this would be applicable. We signed the quote, paid all of the bill upfront and proceeded with the procedure the following Monday. Procedure went very well, my son was pleased, and even more pleased to find out that he did not in fact need a bone graft as he had enough for the implant base, and that just the tissue was grafted. As we left the office, I discussed with the front desk that since the bone graft was not completed, only the tissue, would there be a refund. I was told yes, just over $900. I again clarified that the quote we received and paid upfront for was all encompassing, to which I got a yes. Another plus for this experience, my son was happy as he paid for most of it himself and at 19, is no small feat. We were told the office manager, Bree would call us with details later that day. This was 3/9/2026. Well, no call came. My son called for information and was unable to wait on the phone on hold as he is in training for a new job, but still no call back. Today, 3/18/2026, I received a text confirming his follow up appointment. I reply to the text inquiring about the refund, to which I was told there was not one. I demanded a return call and also called the office leaving a voice mail. Well, I receive a call from one of the surgical assistants who explained what was done, which I confirmed we already knew. She sated she did not do billing, which I fully agreed with, and put me on hold to finally speak with Bree, the office manager. Turns out that the Dr. doesn't estimate the full cost for the entire procedure and there is leeway for additional fees. Turns out the tissue graft is unexpected and just happens to be about $50 cheaper than a bone graft, so there is no refund as I was told and now education has to be completed with the front desk. I explained to Bree how this sounded sketchy and a way to make up for an expected high dollar refund. Now, I am a medical professional, with 17 years in the field, recently a Nurse Practitioner, and with 7 years as a case manager with insurance companies. This is not how business should be done. If the tissue graft was a potential fee, we should have also been quoted for this. Seems if you do a bone graft and have to cut through tissue, then a tissue graft would be a part of it. Bree stated this is not the fact. Again, sketchy. I informed her that this was bad practice, inappropriate billing, and that I would ensure I told everyone I knew to not use their services. Sad, because the guy did great work. But, if they tell you a cost, you pay for it, and then told you are getting a different service without acknowledging there is an equal fee of the same lower type of procedure to make up for not needing to complete what was said to be done, sketchy. They do not want to process an refund. They are trying to keep the money. This is deception plain and simple. And as for unexpected additional needs, prior to all this we paid around $300 for a CT scan of his jaw, that was to tell the Dr. what the bone structure looked like. That was out of pocket, and well we are now getting $40 back from that. Hard pull from being told we are getting just over $900. Go elsewhere, unless you want to just be ripped off in the wallet.

My husband went in with a loose tooth and was quoted one price that was close to 300. The tooth was falling out and was very loose. I walked out of the treatment room and they took a panoramic xray then numbed his tooth.... once the xray came out they said oh its an implant and charged him close to 1300 for an implant that was basically waving in the wind. As a former Registered Dental Assistant i was in total shock. It took the doctor less than two minutes to extract it. I insisted my husband call back and he spoke to the Dr who agreed he had been overcharged. 2 months later the Dr Pikos will not come to the phone despite 5 or 6 attempts to speak to him. No refund has been given. I am going to file a complaint with my insurance company as this is quite poor business. I see other complaints for this business on Yelp with same complaint

Had gum surgery and Dr A. Pikos was very kind and understanding. Took the time to tell me about all the details and how everything works and made sure I understood everything. Surgery went fantastic and he even called the night of to make sure I was doing well. Dr pikos is a fantastic doctor and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Last October, I had gum surgery I’d been putting off for a couple years. The first consult I’d had at another business was overwhelming because the work they wanted to do was extensive — not to mention expensive. I literally couldn’t afford it. After my first visit with Dr. Lindsey, I felt like a great weight had been lifted. We discussed options and she suggested a conservative approach that I felt very comfortable with. Surgery went well, and throughout my recovery, the office was ALWAYS available for any questions or concerns I had. I’m very happy with the results, and they taught me a lot about ongoing preventive care. Everyone I encountered was compassionate, caring, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you so much, Dr. Lindsey & team!
