I had a consultation with Dr. Brett Shirley regarding a tooth that needed to be removed. Dr. Shirley and his staff were wonderful—professional, kind, and welcoming. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate my situation and discuss all of my treatment options. I really appreciated being included in the decision-making process rather than feeling rushed into one approach. I left feeling comfortable, informed, and confident in the plan of care. I highly recommend Dr. Shirley and his team.

Great experience with both offices! Dr & staff was AMAZING! From my 1st appointment to extraction day to follow up! The office staff made me very comfortable coming from out of town & keeping me informed! Will 100% call if I need them again! Thank you for making a great experience getting into dentures!

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Shirley and his staff for my wisdom teeth extraction. From my first visit to my post-op visits, everyone was professional, friendly, and caring. Dr. Shirley took the time to explain everything and even sorted out scheduling to find a surgery time that worked for me. The surgery went incredibly smoothly, and the staff was supportive during recovery. I felt like I was in the best hands, and I can’t recommend Dr. Shirley and his team highly enough!

Dr. Shirley and his team were very caring and professional. Dr Shirley's staff explained every step of my specific procedure. Julie, Dr Shirley 's assistant was especially informative and highly skilled. The procedure was absolutely painless. I will definitely return for any future dental care I may need.

My first time, i was referred here from Dr Jordan and Dr Shirley is truly amazing. Very calm and understanding. I have been dealing with tooth pain since last summer and he numbed me up VERY good and got that sucker out !! i truly appreciate the staff they are so sweet shelby was amazing. will be going back very soon to take the rest of those wisdoms out ✌️❤️

Meet the Doctors
Dr. Brett Shirley, DDS, MD, FACS, is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who earned his dental degree from UTHSC San Antonio and completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at UT Southwestern and Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. He also earned a medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School and completed additional fellowship training in maxillofacial oncology and reconstructive surgery at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth. Dr. Shirley has a particular interest in dental implants and All-on-4 treatment, and he holds part time faculty positions at LSU Health Shreveport and John Peter Smith Hospital, where he trains oral and maxillofacial surgery residents.
