I came here from another dentist located in North Albany and the difference is immeasurable. Pinnacle's staff feels like family from your first visit, they provide almost all services concerning your teeth, sometimes on the same day! My teeth are healthier and cleaner than ever before with shorter visits and very little or no pain compared to my experience with my previous dentist and her constantly changing staff. Pinnacle is also less expensive. So very glad I switched and once again, the staff of which there are many, are all professional and know the latest in their field of study.

I can in for a cleaning and had a new technician. She was absolutely wonderful. Gentle, asking if I'm ok, easy to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. No meds or head phones. Really does that happen for me. I have not had a good dentist & staff in over 40 yrs. I hated them they always hurt me. Not with you. I actually look forward to going in. Thank you so much you have changed my whole life. Everyone is absolutely wonderful and I've recommended you often

Everyone at Pinnacle Dental is excellent, and the practice as a whole is patient centered. It is easy to schedule an appointment online or over the phone. The front end staff is helpful and responsive. The hygienists are gentle and thorough. The dental assistants are kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper to anyone. She is knowledgeable, personable, and makes sure that everything is done to the highest standard. I’m sure the other dentists in the practice are also wonderful.

I switched to Pinnacle from another local dentist, and the difference is night and day. I was worried that I was being overcharged and charged for extra services I didn’t need at the previous dentist, but I feel confident here. I really like Dr.Karissa Schneider, she remembers who I am and is super sweet, which I appreciate. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Renyer and staff was very helpful and nice and understanding on the dental needs that had to be done. They all make you feel comfortable while being worked on. Been going there for Years and as always been happy and satisfied with there work.
