I had such a great experience — I actually fell asleep before I even saw the doctor, and woke up with the procedure completely finished and without any discomfort. I followed the post‑operation instructions exactly and never experienced any pain. The doctor clearly has exceptional skill in managing patient comfort. I would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone who needs dental work.

Dr. Kovacs is the absolute best. I’ve had several implants with extraction and each time had pain and bruising. Not so with Dr. Kovacs. 12 hrs after surgery and I am bruise and pain free. Highly recommend Dr. Kovacs and Pinnacle Implants in Longview TX

Professional and courteous staff. If you have periodontal disease, it is not fun, but Pinnacle has done a great job of saving my teeth and politely encouraging me to do my part. Definitely recommend.
