We had such a wonderful experience this week when my daughter had her tooth pulled. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and incredibly reassuring. They made what could have been a scary experience feel calm and manageable for her.
Dr. Parekh was absolutely exceptional professional, gentle, and so attentive. What truly meant the most to me was receiving a personal phone call from Dr. Parekh later that evening to check on my daughter. That level of care and follow-through is rare and speaks volumes about his commitment to his patients.
We are so grateful for the outstanding service and compassionate care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Parekh was fantastic! They were able to work me into their schedule with just one day’s notice so I could get relief from my discomfort right away, which I really appreciated. He was incredibly informative throughout the entire process and made sure I had plenty of time to ask questions and feel comfortable before the procedure. His staff was equally wonderful—accommodating, patient, and genuinely kind. Considering it was wisdom teeth removal, it ended up being a great experience overall. And as a bonus, they even gave me a T-shirt because I wasn’t dressed for surgery! Highly recommend.

Exceptional service. Staff was polite and caring. Dr Rios did a phenomenal job. Painless tooth extraction including the shot. Doc Rios was wonderful. Explained everything as we went along. Very impressed with everything and everyone.

From scheduling, to intake, insurance verification, technician workup to finally seeing Dr. Parekh - absolutely amazing and SEAMLESS experience. I felt very secure in their care. Today is my same day post op (all 3 wisdom teeth removed as a 37 yr old!) and I feel great! absolute experts that i highly highly recommend!! Thank you Dr. Parekh and the Pinnacle Oral team, I really appreciate your expertise and absolutely wonderful bedside manner.

My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth removed this morning at 8:10 by Dr. Parekh at Pinnacle Oral Surgery, and we could not be more pleased with the experience. A close friend and her orthodontist both recommended Pinnacle to us, and now we understand why! My daughter was very nervous, but Dr. Parekh and the entire staff were so welcoming and reassuring that she felt comfortable right away. The procedure was quick and her recovery has been smooth with very minimal pain. We are truly thankful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend Pinnacle Oral Surgery!
