My appointment was at 3:00 p.m. and due to the location of the establishment. The name of the building is rather hard to see. It's located inside a building with other businesses. I've never been to the area therefore; I had to locate the place. There's two parking lots to park in and that's confusing because you don't know if you're at the right location. So, once I googled the building number based off the address, I realized I was actually in the parking lot behind the building. The sign of the building name is not really visual to know whether or not you're at the right place. I drove around to the front of the building and parked. I went inside the building and had to look on the wall to see the location I needed to be. So, I observed a lady exit a door that stated, "stairway." I assumed I should go up the stairs. I went up the stairs and had to read doors until I found the location I needed to be. I arrived in the office at 3:10 p.m.. I went to the desk and told the receptionist my name. The receptionist told me, " They,ve already started on someone else in your spot." "You'll have to wait until they're done with that individual." I asked the receptionist, "Do you know how long that'll be because I will have to reschedule if its more than 20 mins?" She stated, "She didn't know." I proceeded to sit in the waiting area. About 10 minutes later my name was called. I went to the back escorted by a dental hygienist. I was placed in a room. I noticed the screen was open and I witnessed my appointment was scheduled for 3:00p.m. to 3:20p.m. and another patient with the same dentist scheduled for 3:00 p.m. as well but, their time block was longer than mines. I sit for about 25 minutes in the room. I noticed the dentist haven't came at this point I've been in the facility about 40 minutes all together. I ONLY needed a consultation for a tongue tie. If I'm not mistaken a patient is allotted grace time. However, I wasn't and that alone is why I won't do business with this place again. I walked back to the front and told the receptionist you can cancel my appointment. I don't need to reschedule. Their business etiquette is TRASH!

This establishment is very deceptive with their wording and billing tactics. Went for a consultation that I was told I wouldn't have to pay for, only to be billed 2 weeks later for it. They said they don't do consultations, only exams. I vividly remember one of the employees saying that and I clarified several times to be sure. Highly recommend AVOIDING them at all costs.

Dr. Carlisle is one of the best in the field. I got an implant done over the course of months and this man was absolutely wonderful and was painless and easy. Will always choose him for any advanced dental or cleanings again. The staff is also the friendliest around. :)

Was given no support after surgery, was asked why I thought I needed pain meds after multiple extractions and a rescaling procedure. Definitely not going back

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Carlisle and his staff. They are all very kind, helpful and friendly from the front desk on up. Lacey, the hygienist that took care of me, was amazing and made sure I was comfortable. Melanie who assisted Dr Carlisle during the surgery was wonderful also. Dr Carlisle made sure there was no pain and that I was comfortable. He also was friendly and went out of his way to make me feel at ease. This a great place and great group of people that make going to the dentist a pleasant enjoyable experience. I highly recommend.
