Staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. That’s the only positive take away. The facility was filthy. The floors were disgusting. I was informed my son needed extensive work done with zero explanation. I attempted to ask questions, but was given very little attention to my concerns. We were then rushed out of the door. We won’t be back.

This was the worst dentist I think I’ve ever attended. My son was extremely anxious the whole time. I’m not sure if 6 chairs all at once with a dentist and a teeth cleaner just moving down the line is appropriate. I will never be bringing my child back to this dentist again.

My experience was awful this visit! Both of my children had appointments at 3:00 in the afternoon. We arrived around 2:45 and checked in. My son was called back right away. Several other kids came in and were called back. Around 3:30pm I asked why my daughter had not been called back yet and that is when they informed me that they pushed her time to the 4:00 time because they were short staffed. They did not ask me if it was okay to do, or if I had a preference on which child went first. They just made this decision all on their own without informing me about it. My daughter had to be at a mandatory honors choir dinner rehearsal at 5:30pm that evening that she still needed to go home and get ready for and we do not live nearby. When asked why I wasn't informed about this, they lady referred me to the 800 number to call so I did! I understand being short staffed, I do not understand the poor communication as a "professional" business. You expect us to show up early for our appointments because of your schedules, but do not have the decency to communicate schedule conflicts that may affect our schedules outside of your business? This was a very unprofessional visit.

If I had a choice to take my children somewhere else I would. I have never been treated so poorly by any kind of medical office personnel before. I needed to change my daughter’s upcoming appointment because she could not make it AND I needed to have her scheduled with her siblings 6 months out for her next cleaning. The lady at the desk just cancelled her upcoming appointment and scheduled her for 6 months out with her siblings without setting up a new appointment for her. At first she just told me the date for the 6 month cleaning and I was confused so I told her that I also needed to reschedule her current appointment and she looked and the other receptionist and from across the room that other receptionist started yelling at me that she, “heard what you said and you said reschedule!” and they both started making a huge yelling scene about how I was wrong and they “heard what you said”. I was not confrontational AT ALL and was completely shocked at the way they reacted to my question. I have NEVER been yelled at by a receptionist or made fun of in the way that these two women did. Their behavior was appalling!!!! And it was right in front of of my children and everyone else in the waiting room. Multiple times they have tried to put a crown on my son’s tooth that didn’t need a crown, initially only telling me it was to fix a filling. So I took him somewhere to get a second opinion and that dentist quickly threw a small filling in without even having the numb the area because it was so minor and that filling lasted for 5 years with no problems until the baby tooth fell out. They also like to have you make another appointment just to come back and get the sealer on the molars which is crazy why they cannot just do it like every other dentist at the time of the original appointment. These are some of the many issues we have had going to this dentist over the years. It is so frustrating and the horrible way I was treated was unacceptable.

Very professional AND the staff is very kind. There was a dental assistant working in the back that made a very great impression. She was funny but stayed busy working while making us laugh. The hygienist worked very quickly and efficiently. Both of my kids teeth are very clean and look great. The dentist was so cool. She came in the room and again was very friendly and efficient. I have left out the lady at the front desk. She gets five stars as well.
