PLANES DENTAL ARTS PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY. I don’t even know where to start. My 8-year-old daughter’s room is more organized than this office. In October last year, I became a new patient at one of the locations managed by this office because it’s close to my home. I was told I needed three root canals, three crowns, and two fillings, and they charged my card over $4,000 upfront. After treatment started, they realized I did not need the third root canal and crown. I was told I would be refunded about $800. However, Planes Dental Arts, which manages the finances for this location, is responsible for issuing the refund, and they have not returned my money. My wife has called, mined you that you can't speak to accounts payable over the phone only by email, which I emailed multiple times with no resolution. On top of that, I waited almost two months for one crown, and you have to constantly call for updates. I was also seen by three different doctors and had to repeatedly explain what had already been done. I’m not trying to tear down a business, but this has been extremely frustrating. I’m waiting until the end of the week for this to be resolved. If it isn’t, I will be filing a formal complaint and taking further action to make others aware of my experience.

I'm new to this office, 2 yrs. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've had some wonderful hygienist here clean my teeth. 4 crowns due to cracked teeth that had up to 50 yr old filings. They have fixed me right up! Very relaxed surroundings, everyone is so very nice, you're always made comfortable... even in the waiting area. No need to worry about any discomfort in the dentist chair either!! They take insurance too... give em a call, you won't be sorry..... 😁

It has been a journey with my teeth. My teeth were rough even as a child. After seeing three different dentists over the past decade, God finally led me to Alex Planes and his staff. I won’t lie! It has been a long journey to get to my finals. But it was not because of the staff!! My body kept rejecting the implants. With lots of thought and patience I finally have the most beautiful smile!! Dr Planes was relentless in finding a resolution! He finally went with some peptides and a different direction and today I have solid implants!! Kim is a doll when you check in at the front! She is always smiling! Yoselyn, Anne and Bri have always been so loving and caring. They always listen!!! And Dr Planes is just a very loving , caring and TALENTED person! He is very good at what he does. He was always available for my questions any time of day!! Don’t let any negative reviews turn you away! Did my temps break here and there? Yes. Did I sign an agreement explaining this could happen with temps? Yes. Is the final product amazing. A resounding yes!! Thank you!! I’m so thankful ! (And I can eat anything now!) They say a picture is worth a thousand words! I would take this journey again! Thank you, Jefe!

I called for an appointment for my 92 yr old mom. She needed a tooth pulled and Tom, who was so kind, got her right in. Everyone there was kind and friendly. Dr Pichardo was so understanding of my mom’s age, feelings and finances. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely go back there again.

He didn’t just give me a movie star smile — he gave me the confidence to dream big again.
