I love the new environment of the whole set up there is a place to watch movies, a playground for kids and even a little room for babys. The staff is so friendly and there isn't a lot of waiting as soon as you go in they see you and quickly you go out too.

My first time walking into this building was amazing. Not only was I greeted and acknowledged in a timely manner, but the front desk employees helped me with a few questions I had regarding getting a cleaning without insurance. I wasn’t disregarded unlike the other offices I had visited, I was treated with so much respect and patience. This is the first dentist’s office I have gone into that feels like it’s welcoming for all ages. I highly recommend taking your loved ones here and more so your little ones, as they provided pizza for those waiting in the lobby.

I honestly don’t like going to the dentist which is why I always appreciate that the staff are all super nice and have patience with me when I need to calm down there’s this lady her name is Aurora Cortez short black hair and she’s the sweetest woman I’ve ever met!!! They also make sure the patients are well taken care of I told them I hadn’t eaten today (honestly I thought I wasn’t supposed to) and they gave me a protein shake (btw it was really yummy 😋)

The staff is very and nice and very helpful! From the moment I called to set up the appointment . The staff is very attentive and very child friendly! I wish there were more places like this in laredo!

10/10 always welcoming and friendly staff Good environment for little kids , movie screen , for them to be doing something for the waiting time . If your appointment is at 12 you'll be in a room exactly at 12 , amazing
