Like many reviews said, Dr McShan wouldn't win a personality contest. I had to switch dentists bec of insurance coverage that he no longer accepts. He removed a gold filled molar & when I asked to have it, I think the hygenist covered for him by saying he had to look it over first. It's been at least 2 years, still waiting. My new dentist (Crossville Dentistry) removed and replaced 2 gold crowns & gave them to me right away. I imagine gold teeth in a tall jar piled up in his possession from clients to sell. This sort of thing reveals someone's character in my opinion. Insist on keeping any gold from your teeth. The hygienist no longer works there. She had integrity.

Big Pharma, big Oil , big Agra, and in Crossville big Eye , and now our newest member we have big Teeth. What I see is a factory and overhead.

Pleasant atmosphere. Staff is courteous and professional and friendly. Never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes. Dr. McShan is professional, yet caring. We love Tiffany, too. She’s been our hygienist for a long time. Very upbeat personality.

The staff is great, they are always laughing and as a patient really made me feel at ease! Dr. McShan is kind, gentle and was concerned with helping me to understand what dental care was needed and why. I would recommend Plateau Family Dentistry.

My family has always had a great experience with this office. The ladies as well as the dentist are always polite and professional! My children do not fear or dread going to the dentist and that is in a huge part to this office team!
