The practice traces back to 1984, when Dr. Louis Rivera began treating patients under the name Rivera Dentistry before the office was renamed Platinum Care Dental. Today the team offers a full range of general and restorative dentistry alongside dental implant care, including options for replacing a single missing tooth, full mouth implant supported restorations, and implant supported dentures for patients who want a more secure fit than removable dentures provide.

Dr. Rivera's son, Dr. Elliott Romo, joined the practice in 2021, allowing the office to continue as a family run operation while adding a newer generation of clinical training.
