I have lived in Dickinson my whole life. Ive had problems in the past with other dentists. And have been trying to find a good dentist! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Buskirk was nice & was very enthusiastic about making my teeth look better. The whole place is very relaxing and there is a massage built into the dentist chair. 馃く I was very impressed by how fancy it really is! The waterfall is so cool and there is so much room to breathe. I would recommend to everyone!馃榿

I went here after having a terrible experience that kept me from going to the dentist for an extended period of time. They got me in very quick, they were very welcoming, and caring. I had an anxiety driven black out during my visit (which is embarrassing) but they helped immediately, damp rags on me, talking to me and calming me down. I will continue to return here for my dental work for years to come.

While the dental hygienist and dentist provided acceptable clinical care, the administrative operations of this practice were problematic. Over a period of approximately nine months, I made multiple attempts to contact the office by phone and text and did not receive any response. Due to the lack of communication, I had to submit multiple complaints because they told me my payment was going towards a service I never received. Due to the lack of communication, I went to the office in person to address the issue. During that visit, I did not receive an apology or resolution and experienced interactions from front desk staff that I perceived as unprofessional and sassy.
Consistent communication and professionalism are fundamental expectations in a healthcare setting. The absence of both significantly affected my experience and is the reason I will not recommend this practice.

Doc was amazing! I just had a root canal yesterday, no pain. The service was great! I was walked through everything that was happening, and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Now a day later I can say the only "pain" I have is the initial injection site. 10/10 would recommend

I've been to a few dentist and they were OK. Now I won't go anywhere else but Plaza Dental! They were amazing, friendly, kind, and informative! Never been to a more welcoming doctor's office until this one! They didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time. I've been having problems with my teeth plus I have a few baby teeth and a missing tooth where I had a baby tooth removed so I'm very insecure about my teeth. I've been to a few dentist who didn't really help me with any of those problems or didn't really bother to look into those areas only the major issue I've been having. Plaza Dental looked at all of it and gave me some options to think about and to let them know when I'm ready to make an appointment for that.
