Excellent service!!! Dr. David Farivar is amazing! He did excellent job in my sinusitis surgery and implants, he is attentive and professional. All staff and doctors are kind, attentive and friendly. Easy to communicate and they answer quickly. Gloria, Zaida and Sandy are lovely ladies. I highly recommend Plaza Dental Specialty Group They treated me VIP

They recently started working on my boyfriend’s front tooth, and the process was incredibly easy. They guided us through payment plans and helped us find the best option for him. The receptionist and assistants were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel safe and comfortable. The place is very clean and well-stocked with snacks. Very positive and happy environment everyone is lovely and all the employees make sure you feel comfortable and happy. The dentists are very sweet they are always trying their best make sure you aren’t in pain or discomfort. I really enjoy my visits I recommend you make a dentist appointment here!

Terrible customer service and follow up. I was told on a Tuesday that I would get a call back same day and it is Wednesday the following week and no call back, this isn't the first time this happens. They need more assistants or a better system. I was told several months ago that a procedure was going to be submitted for approval and when I called it was never done. If you are looking for responsiveness and professionalism then you might be better off finding a different provider.
