I had to have a tooth extracted w/o insurance. The cost was very reasonable and the staff was very professional. Dr. Fuller did a good job and was very accommodating.

Very friendly and kind staff. Clean and the Doctors really know what they are doing and were able to get me in for a root canal same day as my exam. Super thankful for this place

I’m new customer. I’m used to other Dental Clinic that they gave me assistance to get info about the Insurance Card. At first I gave Regence card. The Lady said its only medical Insurance so I told them try Met Life then the Lady said my name was not there. So I called Aspen and asked what is the insurance company I used they said Met Life then I hang up Aspen phone. I went to the counter and told the Lady it is really Met Life, then she said I need your ID. Why not tell me what they need in onetime? So I called again Aspen to get my ID number. I went back to the lady in the counter . The doctors are passing by and I could read their minds. Embarassing! But Doctors are nice and good. Salute to doctors but not your Reception personnels. Doctors I gave 5 stars. Reception 1 star in total 2 stars I can give. Do you think I should come back with your company?
