I just started with Pointer Family Dental and so far my experience has been very good. They went the extra mile to check with my insurance company for a bit of an unusual situation, but most importantly Jennifer Duke is a most excellent hygienist! I used to think they were all pretty much the same, but they are not. Her level of experience and dedication to her profession is top notch!

Everyone in this office is amazing!!! Best dentist experience I've ever had in my life. Carlos was especially good with the inspection and the cleaning. Usually when I have my teeth cleaned they hurt so bad afterwards because they get scraped down way too far... This is the first time I've had them cleaned where they did not hurt and they were still properly cleaned... to top it off he's a super nice guy! Great job everyone!

Thank you again pointer family dentistry, from my wife Angela Roberts, and I. your Dentist Dr. Jennifer D. Duke, was an outstanding, and knowledgeable dental expert, and did her best, to care for our teeth, and concerns. And went above and beyond, in her care, and concerns, for our dental health. As did all the Staff, and Doctors, there at pointer family dentistry. You are all truly amazing, be blessed, and we will definitely return for your help again in the future for our dental health needs, we very much recommend pointer family dental, to anyone who has dental health needs, my wife is very pleased, with her new dentures she will be getting, she said she has not had a good smile, or good teeth, in a long time. So again thank you very much to all at pointer family dental.

Very nice first visit. Carlos, the hygienist, was terrific!! Dr. Connor was also fantastic. I came home and mentioned to my husband that he should transfer to Pointer Family Dentist from his current dentist.

I haven't been back to this dentist in a couple of years because they were pressuring me at every visit to buy treatments I can't afford, including Invisalign and Botox. They would tell me my insurance would cover things like fluoride and it was not covered. Not the worst dentist I've ever been to but a close second for sure.
