This practice is so consistently good! The staff is great, the building and facilities are new and updated, and I’ve always been treated well and have received quality dental work. I literally can’t think of anything they could improve.

I struggled to find a dentist in the area who mirrored the customer experience I previously recieved and had come to expect. I had been seeing my previous dentist for 30 years and it pained me to leave them, but a long distance move made it necessary. The team at Polished Dental are exemplary and their customer experience is top notch. I highly recommend! I'm grateful to have found them.

Staff was polite and very helpful. Dental assistant was very nice and did a great job explaining things and helped my daughter feel comfortable for her cleaning. Dentist was very knowledgeable polite and great. Billing department provided details I did not know and felt very heard. Highly recommend Polished Dental.

I want to give 20 stars to be honest!!! I broke a chunk of my tooth off Thursday night called Friday morning, was told the dentist was out on Friday they would definitely call me Monday morning to as when I could get in!! I got the call right away that they had a cancellation. From talking on the phone with Macy, to walking into the office, and being seen by Kristin and her dental assistant Kayla (I believe, was her name) absolutely amazing. She was able to put a crown on and I’m going to be honest it looks amazing!! You can’t even tell!, it looks better than my original tooth.

Cindy is great in her profession. She explains everything so thoroughly and is so gentle when cleaning my teeth. Dr Kristin is very supportive and encouraging when it comes to your current dental health, regardless of the condition of your teeth. They both have helped me get back to feeling great. Thank you.

Polished Dental is a family dental practice at 1700 East Interstate Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota, providing gentle care in a relaxing, caring environment for children and adults in and around the Bismarck area. The practice traces its roots to 1985, when Dr. Jim Nelson founded Kirkwood Dental in the Kirkwood Mall. The office later became Nelson Family Dentistry and, with the addition of partner Dr. Kristin Schoch, was established as Polished Dental. The team treats each patient as an individual and works one on one with you to create a personalized treatment plan that fits your specific needs and goals.
For patients considering dental implants, Polished Dental offers complimentary implant consultations. The practice describes implants as a small titanium post placed beneath the gum line and topped with a lifelike crown, and notes that two, four or more implants can support multiple crowns or even an entire upper or lower arch of replacement teeth. Other services include tooth-colored fillings, cosmetic smile enhancement, one-appointment computerized ceramic crowns using CEREC technology, root canal treatment, dental hygiene visits, periodontal therapy, dentures, partial dentures, KoR teeth whitening, care for jaw joint (TMJ) disorders, Botox, and pediatric dentistry with dental sealants and nitrous oxide. Dr. Kristin R. Schoch, DDS, is a native of New England, North Dakota, earned her biology degree Magna Cum Laude from Dickinson State University, and graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine; she is a member of the American Dental Association, the SPEAR study club, the Academy of General Dentistry, and serves as a CEREC Doctors Mentor. Dr. Kourtney A. Grace, DMD, was born and raised in the Bismarck and Mandan area, graduated Magna Cum Laude in Biology from the University of Mary, and earned her dental degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine School of Dentistry before practicing in Chandler, Arizona and returning home to Bismarck.
