Had an amazing experience at Polk Dental. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive from start to finish. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. The level of care and customer service truly stood out. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional and affordable dental care!

Polk Dental and Associates is a wonderful place to go. The staff is so kind. Erin is a wonderful dental hygienist. I haven’t had any dental work done by Dr. Polk, but I hear good things about him. I will be having some work done in the near future. The icing on the cake is that they also have a beautiful new office!

So glad I found Polk Dental! They’re always able to fit me in when I call, and the entire office has such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. The providers and staff are incredibly kind, and the facility is excellent. I see Erin and Dr. Smith, and they are absolutely wonderful—always knowledgeable, efficient, and so caring. Highly recommend!

This office was able to get me in fairly quickly. Dr Smith is young but I was impressed with his professionalism. The office was able to work with me on an in house payment plan. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Polk Dental Center in Nacogdoches! My 6-year-old daughter has pretty severe dental anxiety, and past dental visits were often stressful and ended in tears. This experience was completely different. The dental Hygienist was incredibly patient, gentle, and friendly. She explained everything before doing it, which helped my daughter feel safe and comfortable. For the first time, she was able to get her teeth cleaned without fear or tears something I didn’t think was possible. We don’t currently have dental insurance and paid $344 out of pocket, but it was absolutely worth it for the level of care and compassion they showed us. If you have a child with dental anxiety, this is definitely the place to go!
