I think I found my dental family. The first time I walk inside, I already feel the positive vibes in the place. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I did not understand my billing, and the lady at the front helped me understand it. The X-ray technician is nice and very friendly; her voice is so calm. Kristen is funny and very friendly; it feels like I have known her for a long time. I鈥檓 glad I moved from my previous dentist..

Every single staff member at Ponderosa Family Dentistry was incredibly kind and knowledgeable including the very sweet front desk staff. I am very happy with the exam and cleaning that I got, along with the price. I have had difficult experiences in the past with dentist offices, so I was a bit anxious but they were happy to answer any questions I had. They helped me make a plan to help me get to my goals and I will certainly be back. Thank you Ponderosa. :)

I called for a tooth extraction. Explained everything to the Front Receptionist. She found an appointment super fast. Within 30 minutes. Got in everyone was super nice. Sat in the chair explained everything to the Dr. Curtis and his assistant. Especially that I don't like being in this chair. Both were very comfortable, very friendly and a great sense of humor. Dr. Curtis explained everything to me . An extraction turned into more. But I left comfortable and happy. Definitely recommend 馃尰

I couldn鈥檛 be more pleased with my visit to Dr. Curtis. While visiting the area, I broke a crown. I was able to make an appointment the next day. He removed the broken crown and replaced it with a new one in less than two hours. The whole procedure was totally painless and surprisingly quick. At seventy, I鈥檝e had crowns replaced before, and often it takes repeated efforts to get the fit exactly right. Dr. Curtis and his dental assistant, who is excellent, got it right the first time. Previously, I鈥檝e experienced a sore jaw after this procedure, but I had no discomfort at all with Dr. Curtis. Additionally, his staff is very nice, which is especially appreciated in a doctor鈥檚 office. So, if you鈥檙e looking for a dentist and feeling apprehensive, you needn鈥檛 be if you鈥檙e visiting Dr. Curtis.

Staff is very courteous, respectful and willing to answer any questions or address any concerns. I haven't been to a dentist in 13 years. So this visit was a pleasant one. If your looking for a good quality dental experience you found it.
