I can't speak highly enough of the staff. They are not only courteous but extremely helpful and easy to work with. They treat you like family, especially Danielle in the front. She actually makes me want to go to the dentist. As far as Dr. Pournaras, the incredible work he did on my wife's crown made me want to go out of my VA network just to have him as my dentist. I've never seen a crown that looked so natural and fit so well. As for me, in 62 years I've never found a dentist more charming, more concerned, more sincere and certainly more skilled than Dr Pournaras. He helped cover up some nerve endings on my teeth, and now I have no pains and sensitivity whatsoever. His work is literally impeccable. I'm so glad to have him is my dentist for I know without a doubt that the quality of service that I get just can't be found today's profession. Thank you Dr. Pournaras for your incredible work. I've never been so happy and pain-free.

My husband was in extreme pain. He had teeth extracted a week ago. Called the office and was fit into schedule. Kudos to Dr. Pournaras, Kelsey and Danielle. Dr. Pournaras immediately identified the issue, and relieved some of the pain. He was given instructions on what to do. Kelsey was extremely helpful too. And Danielle called this a.m. Dr. Pournaras wanted to know if his pain was manageable.

A vacation disaster? Not even close, but it was an inconvenience for my wife when a filling fell out of a front tooth on a Saturday Morning. Finding a dentist on the weekend didn't happen, so I messaged our dentist in Asheville to see if he had any connections in the Brunswick, and Horry County areas. He reached out to Dr Pournaras on Saturday, and the wife was able to be worked in for the appointment on Monday. The staff, and Dr Pournaras were all so helpful, kind and the repair was spot-on, Now, she has her smile back. Thank you Dr Pournaras.

We have been patients of Pournaras Cosmetics for almost 23 years and we wouldn’t go anywhere else for our dental needs! Not only is Dr. Billy the best, but his entire staff makes you feel like family too. They are most accommodating and always willing to attend to our needs. As with all medical offices, be sure you check about your insurance coverage.

Wow! What an exceptional experience! I first stopped into the office to observe the space, I was immediately impressed with the state of the art decor. The office was the most beautiful dentist office I had ever stepped foot in. There were gorgeous murals on the walls! I was immediately swept away to a Greek Island! Everyone was at lunch in this moment and my thought was how nice that they all were able to take the same time away from the office. I saw what I needed to see, I left and later that day I called; client services is one of my number one priorities. The administrative staff was very attentive to my request and I was in my glory that they were accepting new patients. I scheduled my appointment with ease. A few weeks later I had an emergency dental need which required minor cosmetics. I finally met Dr. Pournaras! I have to say he was absolutely fantastic at this first meeting, he was able to solve my minor crisis with ease and it was a very pleasant experience! My recommendation if you are new in town or not satisfied with your current provider, look no further. This office has it all, you will be pleasantly surprised, it will surely be a great choice!
