"I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Robert Chong. His demeanor was indifferent and dry, making it feel as though he didn't want to be there. More concerning, however, is the complete lack of coordination between the front desk and the billing department. They promised to submit my insurance claim and told me to wait 30 days. When I followed up, I discovered they had never submitted it, despite being told otherwise. The lack of transparency and organization is a major red flag."

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bolding and his team! He recently performed a bilateral temporomandibular joint (TMJ) replacement, genioplasty, Lefort I osteotomy, and septoplasty for me, and the results have been life-changing. Dr. Bolding’s incredible expertise, precision and passion throughout the process were evident in the flawless outcomes of these complex procedures. Because of his well-known expertise, my husband and I flew from NJ to St. Petersburg, FL specifically for Dr. Bolding and it was absolutely worth it!
Beyond his surgical expertise, Dr. Bolding's bedside manner was exceptional. He and his team took the time to explain every step of the process and always made me feel comfortable and well-informed. What truly set my experience apart was the level of care and support provided by his team, especially Hilary and Kyllie. They were attentive, compassionate, and available 24/7 for any questions or concerns I had before surgery, during my recovery and for all my follow up care.
Thanks to Dr. Bolding, I’m not only feeling better but I also have newfound confidence and GREATLY improved quality of life. If you’re looking for a highly skilled, caring, and professional oral and maxillofacial surgeon, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bolding and his team!

Holly did my deep cleaning. She did an excellent job, is very knowledgeable, and she's a very caring person with a great personality!! Everyone in the office are extremely friendly and helpful!! We drive 2 hours to get to this office and wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

I live a 45-minute drive away, but I still come every time for the service with a smile, the excellent professionals, and the absolutely stellar care. The receptionists are lovely and welcoming. Dr. Simha is simply fantastic; I had to have my two front teeth taken out and replaced with implants, which is inherently a tremendously traumatizing experience, but Dr. Simha’s bedside manner and superb professionalism made is so much better. It’s been years but he still greets me personally every time I come in for a cleaning, does an x-Ray and makes sure everything is looking good. Dental hygienist Holly is the gentlest, kindest, most dedicated professional in her field I’ve ever met. She’s an absolute delight and makes a cleaning a surprisingly pleasant experience. No pain, no brutal jabs to your gums, just very precise and patient cleaning along with excellent education (not the general “you need to floss more”, but rather very specific and medically advanced suggestions) as well as easy-going (albeit somewhat one sided, since you’re getting your teeth cleaned) conversation. Could not recommend Precident more - I’ve been a patient for years and I will keep coming back again and again.

This is the second surgical
procedure Dr.Simha has done in my mouth. He was just as careful and excellent in his work as he was the first time. He explains what he has to do and does it with great expertise. His assistant is equally excellent and kind as she ably tends to both our needs. I would recommend this office to anyone with periodontal or implant concerns. All of the staff are friendly and well trained professionals.
