After my mom had a terrible fall, we were desperate for someone to guide us on how to get her the help she needed. We were referred to Dr. Bolding, and are so thankful that we found him. Dr. Bolding and Dr. Lloyd knew how to repair her damaged face, scheduled surgery for the next day, and the surgery was a great success. We are so thankful for the care and compassion from the Doctors and their staff!

Dr. Bolding placed my dental implant in Nov 2023 (after extracting my tooth and doing a bone graft in Feb 2023). I experienced facial pain and inflammation of the lower lip, chin and gum of the jaw on one side after the implant. He said it would get better but it didn’t.
He eventually said it was damage to the mental nerve but never called it by its name, trigeminal neuropathy, that I found out when I got second opinions. He gave me the option to block the nerve that would cause permanent numbness. Not a good idea so in Nov 2024 he removed the crown and implant and began the process again with a bone graft.
The pain and inflammation didn’t go away. The nerve damage was permanent. He placed the new implant in Sep 2025 and the crown not for another five months, in 2026.
The pain increased as a result of the crown. I asked for a refund, a fraction of what I paid him, including bilateral jaw surgery (a two year recovery period) that resulted in my face being compromised with asymmetry, deep wrinkles, hollows and a misaligned bite, but he refused.
Dr. Bolding has left me with a lifetime of suffering from trigeminal neuropathy. I mostly managed to not be the angry patient, but the three years dragged on and were the worst of my adult life. There are better choices.

My name is paul. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I have had very bad experiences with other doctors. This office made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. They came in and explained everything to me without making me feel horrible about myself. They treated me like a person. They showed me respect and really cared about me. I look forward to doing this surgery so I can get some of my life back. This office is a great place for those who need help but are too scared to ask. Do your self a favor and call this office.I did have to wait months for the first appointment either, they were on top of things.

After having TMJ pain for years and doing several other treatments with no relief a friend recommended Dr Bolding. I am incredibly thankful for Dr Bolding and his staff! They are all incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. I was seen fairly quickly and Bolding had a plan right away. I recently had my first jaw surgery to repair my jaw joints. Nearly all of my jaw pain is gone! I have one more surgery to reconstruct my jaw and I wouldn’t trust anyone besides Dr Bolding. I would recommend him to anyone having any type of jaw pain.
