I have to say that this office and the staff are truly amazing. I have had a lot of issues with my mouth stemming from an accident that I was involved in 33 years ago. I had lost all faith in Dentists and Oral Surgeons and through all the pain, decided enough was enough, I will deal with the pain, rather than go to another appointment. Fast forwarding 33 years, and I met Dr. Huff. I knew one of the girls that worked in his office and decided I would give it a shot; I needed an implant done. I have to tell you; I was blown away. The team that he has is absolutely amazing, and he is a god send to me. Him and his team took their time looking at my scans and realized that I had more damage that no one in the past had mentioned or diagnosed. I have been in several times for different procedures, and they have always made sure I was comfortable and felt little to no pain. I have what they call " White coat Syndrome", meaning my blood pressure skyrockets when I go to a dentist. I have to say that I can physically feel my blood pressure slowly go back to normal when I am greeted, till the time I leave. I was even reached out to by Dr. Huff the day after I had my temp implant, just to make sure I was Ok. I believe Dr. Huff, and his awesome staff deserve to be put in the spotlight, because the way I have been treated, and knowing other people that have gone to this office, and having them feel the same way with treatment, many people, like me in the past, will be given another chance to get their smile back, and feel comfortable and at ease getting it done. I give them a 10 star rating.....

I had a deep cleaning with Sydney and she was great. Hands treated to a paraffin wax treatment and a warm shoulder wrap, very relaxing. Next I need a few teeth pulled and Dr. Huff was wonderful, explaini..ng and with gentle hands removed my teeth will absolutely no pain. So glad and thankful for the referral from a friend. I have found my forever dentist office here at precision dentistry. I don't want to forget the best girls that work in reception, always happy and willing to help you.

Love this place and the people there-in. Dr Huff is amazing and very talented. If he works on your smile you are a lucky person because of all the dentists I've been to in my life, I find him to be the best. His staff is very supportive of him and they are so smart, helpful and understated in their talents. These folks really make a difference! Fabulous new office but what makes this dentistry practice is the genuine care of the staff for you as a patient. Dr Huff uses the latest technology. My hygienist, Susan, knows I’m a jittery dental patient. She puts my hands in hot wax like a spa treatment & puts a warm collar around my neck w an essential oil so I’ll relax. Then she uses the latest hygienist equipment on you. The best experience.

I was honestly nervous going in, but Precision Dentistry & Implants of Kerrville exceeded my expectations. The staff was kind, patient, from Check in to Check out and made my entire experience stress free. Dr Huff was very professional and Kind. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Matthew P. Huff, DDS, leads Precision Dentistry and Implants of Kerrville. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology before receiving his dental degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. Dr. Huff has a particular clinical focus on implant dentistry and is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, a designation the site says required more than 120 implant cases, over 250 hours of continuing education, and a written exam and oral interview.
