I am very disappointed with the service I received at this dental office. I came in with a specific concern, but before anyone addressed the issue I actually needed help with, I was told I “needed” my wisdom teeth removed—despite having no pain or problems with them. I was also told I had several cavities that “needed” to be fixed, I tried to give the office the benefit of the doubt, but the experience only got worse.
Each visit, my out-of-pocket cost mysteriously increased by an additional $40–$80 with no prior explanation. They said the estimate given to me was just an “estimate “ that I made sure I was ready to pay my part. Speaking to insurance they said I had full coverage. I was required to pay these surprise charges before receiving any care. During a cavity filling, something was placed between my teeth without my consent, and that tooth has been painful and sensitive ever since. Before I even left, that unapproved service was added to my bill.
Shortly after leaving, I received multiple calls demanding immediate payment for a procedure I did not authorize. This has been the worst dental experience I’ve ever had.
I will be finding a new provider who values patient care and transparency. I strongly recommend others use caution when considering this office.

I literally walked out of my appointment today. The dentist gave me two consecutive shots with barely any warning. She just walked in without even introducing herself. She had a very cold and bitter attitude towards me as she was giving me the Novocain. I begged her to stop when the pain became too unbearable, but she never stopped. I’ve had plenty of experience with dental appointments, so for the most part I know what to expect. However, I’ve never had an experience where the dentist chose to be cold and callous over my destress. I have major anxiety, especially when it comes to my teeth, so I expect my dentist to be very gentle and calm. I also expect my dentist to walk me through the following procedure to ease my anxiety. I will never be returning to this practice. I expect an emailed copy of my X-Rays.

I made appt to have 2 teeth pulled that were causing severe pain. At first, they said they would use xrays i had (that were less than 2 weeks old)
The day of my appt. they text me that they would charge me to do new xrays before they would pull these 2 teeth.
I explained that I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to keep getting xrays and then be told that they wouldn't extract teeth without having thousands of dollars work first.
I am very disappointed in this office.

I was in severe pain for 5 days, went got antibiotics and pain medicine at my primary. Well, day 5 was the most unbearable pain I was experiencing, called around looking for someone that could take me same day. Well, this office was able to see me within 30 minutes. I made to the office within 10 mins. I got there waiting maybe 5 mins as I was filling out new patient paperwork and got me to the back. I was in tears I was hurting so bad. Well, within 30 mins I was numbed up and tooth extracted and instant pain relief. The staff was beyond my expectations, the doctor was absolutely phenomenal and so kind caring and compassionate. The dental hygienist and the doctor talks to you about life and keeps you distracted while work being done. I am so thankful as it was my first visit and how fast everything was done and the pain relief I was so desperate for almost a week. They are now my family dentist from here on out and so thankful for this office staff and doctor, highly highly recommend!!!
