This is my 2nd visit, first one was just a consult and to go over what needs to be done. Today I had 2 teeth worked on, one was planned the other came up as the visit was in progress. Both were done in 2 hours. I have had bad experience with other dentists in the past which have caused me to be anxious about any dental visit. There is not one complaint I have. The dentist was not only fast and dis the job well, he was very nice and respectful. His dental assistant was as well. I actually look forward to continue my treatment and get some other issues taken care of that I have neglected for years. I highly highly recommend Precision Family dentistry!!

Wonderful experience above and beyond customer service. I love the connection I have with them and they are very well detailed when explaining the process for my teeth. They even give me suggestions to help with hygiene a bit. I love how they aren’t pushing about trying to rush the process. Wonderful cleaning with my teeth. I highly recommend this dentistry.

I am new to the Valley and needed a dentist. Dr. Belo’s knowledge and care for her patients is unmatched. My appointment was right on time, quality care, and just overall friendly staff. Huge Dr. Belo fan and relieved to already have found my go to dentist every 6 months.

Timely! Clean! Efficient! The staff is very kind. The hygienist I met was extremely educated and comforting. The doctor I met was patient, personable, gentle and very clear in his treatment and plans. I was referred to them and for once, I'm not scared to go back to the dentist!

Went to this dentist in search of a new dentist for my family and I, unfortunately all I got was debt. I had an initial exam and when asked about my previous care I disclosed that I had had a deep cleaning in 2024. They still suggested a deep cleaning and when I inquired about the coverage they said my insurance would pay for it. Unfortunately because they only cover deep cleanings every 2 years the office billed me over $600. When I inquired regarding their decision of still proceeding with they treatment then decided it would be “a disservice to me if they didn’t do the cleaning” when to me a disservice is not communicating the cost and just assuming I wanted to pay out of pocket or that I even had the money to pay out of pocket. Now I’m stuck paying a debt that could have been avoided all because of their greed. I will never go back to this place. They are just money hungry and assume that patients have money to pay for uncovered treatments without first consulting the financial aspect of them with the patients and just assume that we still want to proceed with the treatment. If I would have been informed that my deep cleaning was not going to be covered I would have elected to wait until it was again. The employees here also never answer the phone and when you call you will get a text message them asking the reason for your call. It took me almost 3 weeks to get someone on the phone for answers and when I went to the office because no one was returning my calls, the rude lady at reception said to me “Well, just so you know we’re understaffed” as if that’s my problem.
