I can’t say enough about Dr. Ali and his whole entire team. I decided to come here for wisdom teeth extraction after hearing so many good things about this office from word of mouth. From the consultation, to the surgery, to recovery, they have been so helpful and attentive. Mel at the front desk is so very friendly and helpful. Alexis you helped me so much during this process whether you know it or not! Your energy is unmatched. During the consult you were so patient with me, not rushy, so personable, and eased my nerves. I truly felt capable to do this surgery after talking to you and of course Dr. Ali. He was very straightforward with what to expect and what recovery would look like. Their anesthesiologist Dr. Hatch was also very kind and straight forward, he even texted me the day before surgery to see if I had questions. The surgery itself was nothing! You don’t even have time to be scared. I think someone named Jaqueline helped my boyfriend go over my aftercare and someone named Alex helped during my surgery (I’m so sorry if I got that wrong I was very out of it on surgery day). Dr. Ali actually called us a few hours after my surgery and also texted with us about any concerns even days after surgery. I will absolutely return here for any oral surgery needs and I suggest whoever is reading this do the same! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I’m over 1 week post op at this point and feeling better and better every single day.

After three different consultations, we decided to bring our daughter, Calie to POMS. I couldn’t recommend a better oral surgery center and staff than POMS. Beginning with the patient coordinator, Mel, who understood our needs and made sure we were taken care of from the beginning. She is always extremely helpful and eager to accommodate us. Calie has a phobia of needles and when we informed Jacque, the office manager, she made sure her fears were understood and put us at ease for the procedure. When it finally came time for surgery, Dr Akber Ali was nothing short of spectacular. It’s almost impossible to find a competent Dr with a good bedside manner and Dr Ali was everything. He is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and extremely informative. Nine days after surgery, our daughter had a small complication and Dr Ali made sure he was available to bring in Calie to be seen. He and his staff went out of their way to make sure Calie wasn’t in pain and put our needs first. We are so pleased with POMS and highly recommend them to anyone needing any oral surgery.

Awesome experience. Broke a wisdom tooth and this place handled it quick.. My 1st ever dental procedure and these people all made it a wonderful experience. The surgeon even called at the end of the day to check in on me! Highly recommend!

Friendly, warm and on point!
My mom is 86. So when we found she had an impacted and infected wisdom tooth, the type of surgery concerned us.
The staff here were so informative and concerned for her well being.
Dr. Akber came out to allay my last minute concerns with a wonderful bedside manner. I knew she was in good hands.
The outcome was better than we imagined and my mom has not had any pain.

I had two teeth removed and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The process was quick, comfortable, and everyone was extremely caring. Alexis and Jackie took such great care of me and made sure I felt relaxed the whole time. Dr. Ali was very personal and professional—did an incredible job and even checked in on me afterward to make sure I was doing well. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Go Bills!
