Over the years I've had several periodontists but my experience with Dr. Sima has been top notch. He is very attentive and listened to the complaints I had regarding my teeth. Another periodontist had suggested removing a tooth in order to replace it with an implant. Dr. Sima, instead, used advanced techniques to help avoid the removal and I am quite happy with the results as I kept my original tooth. If any dental issues arise in the future, my first call will be to Precision Periodontics to book an appointment with Dr. Sima. Thanks again for all the help.

I have always had issues with my teeth and due to poor early preventive management I ended up having some molar extractions in my teens. Years later I have tried restorative surgery but the initial attempts at bone grafting to replenish the lost bone were unsuccessful. I was thinking that I will never be able to correct my dental problems. But I had the luck to have a consult with Dr. Sima and he was quick to come up with a plan to solve my complex issues and give me hope that I can finally smile freely. I went ahead with the surgery and he was able to perform the bone graft and implants placement in the same session. I imagine it was a complex and pretty invasive intervention but I was comfortable throughout, with no pain, and almost napping at times. With his clear post-op plan I was able to keep the recovery on track and he delivered the good news to me at follow up, my implants were good and work to get new crowns and finish the restorative work could begin. He recommended a great prosthetics specialist and kept in touch until that part of the treatment plan was completed. Now, a year later, I could not be more thankful to Dr. Sima for finally solving my long term dental issues. Seeing him work on my case, I am convinced that he will deliver to any patient, no mater how difficult the issues, the most sound, evidence based, state-of-the-art clinical solutions. So I would highly recommend Dr. Sima to anyone who is looking for a periodontist in the area.

Vasi I had an excellent experience at Precision Periodontics this fall. My tooth extraction appointment was very smooth and I had the best dental experience in years. Dr Sima was very professional and clearly an experienced clinician. I never thought dental procedure can be pleasant. The team at Precision Periodontics was great, welcoming and making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely return for having the implant placed! I highly recommend Precision Periodontics!

Bobby My experience with Dr Sima goes back to when he was a periodontist and professor at Harvard. I had a terrible tooth ache and a history of periodontitis. I called him and he immediately found time to see me the next day. It was for a tooth I did not think can be saved but he suggested we try saving it and he did by treating the infection and regenerating the bone around it. It was a great experience that saved my tooth. I highly recommend Dr Sima to anyone with gum issues.
