Phenomenal experience from start to finish. I was treated with respect, listened to, and never rushed. Every concern I had was addressed clearly and explained in a way that made sense. As a new patient, I didn’t know what to expect, but the professionalism and attention to detail from the team at Preference Dental earned my trust immediately. I’m confident that placing my oral health in their hands was the right decision.

Every one was pleasant, professional and I was seen on time. Dr. Killian did a fantastic job of fixing my teeth and explained everything throughly. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Killian and staff at Preference Dental are great! They listen and go as far as helping find the root cause of dental issues you may have like grinding your teeth.

As a new patient I wasn’t sure what to expect. They were very thorough but also very aware of my comfort. The doctor as well as the hygienist listened well and explained things clearly to me.

This is my first cleaning at Preference Dental and I went to their Big Rapids office. I changed dental offices because my dentist retired. They required me to change my appointment at the last minute (the week of), I assume because it was a 3PM appointment the Thursday before Labor Day. That was frustrating. The cleaning was average... but could have been better (The super quick polishing portion left with me with grit... should have rinsed and let me swish and then suction instead of just trying to rinse and suction it off themselves). Also, a dentist did not check my teeth after the cleaning was done, which was strange to me. I'll give them one more chance... and give them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they were understaffed prior to the holiday weekend. Unsure if I'll stick with this dental office or not... check back with me in 6 months. UPDATE: the office called to apologize and explain - seems the person who should have cared for me was on pregnancy leave so my teeth were cleaned by a temp hired through an external agency - seems they could have warned me. Again - check back with me in a few months after I’ve had my next cleaning at this office.
