I recently transferred over to this office and I wish I could give more than five stars for a review. Upon walking in, I was greeted with smiles by the front staff. Emily helped me out with appointment scheduling, while being my point of contact when needing to reach the office. Ashley did my first initial appointment (a cleaning) she was gentle and explained all the steps being done. My work that needed to get completed was done by Dr Varma with his right hand, Jeanne. They both helped me through my dental anxiety by thoroughly explaining what was getting done, while being kind, gentle and very patient. Dr Varma is a doctor I would recommend to anyone who may need dental work. Overall, I have had a great experience with this office.

I highly recommend this dental office. I had never gone there but had a dental emergency and my prior dental office could not see me for three days ( which is a lot when you’re in pain). I called Premier and was able to set up an appointment for the following day but they also said they would contact me if they had a cancellation. Fortunately for me they had a cancellation and contacted me to come in the same morning that I called. The entire staff-reception, hygienist and dentist were truly amazing. There was no judgment that I hadn’t gone sooner when I started having issues. I felt like they just wanted to treat the problem. The dentist ( I saw Dr Kim) was wonderful. He explained everything and answered my questions. This is a great dental office for anyone that really doesn’t like or fears going to the dentist.

Dr Kim, along with his assistant Faritis, are always so very kind, patient and attentive, while exercising the utmost professionalism and expertise. I had extensive work done and although intensive, was met in an extremely caring and conscientious manner resulting in exceptional aesthetic results. I couldn’t be more pleased by the experience or the outcome. The entire staff, including Tiana who always takes the time to explain and facilitate the billing process, as well as Emily at the front desk who is always as pleasant and accommodating as possible, all contribute to the overall positive experience.

My dentist retired at te beginning of the spring and was bought out by another practice. My first visit with them was cancelled twice due to staffing issues. That is when I had to do some research. Luckily for me I happened to talk to Vanessa at Premier Care and she said they were accepting new patients. I knew from the first visit I was going to like Premier Care. You know you have a good manager when the staff is smiling and pleasant to one another. They left no question unanswered. I went again last week for a procedure, and was greeted by a smiling Vanessa who was covering the lunch break. Due to the extreme heat outside patients were offered bottled water to keep hydrated. During my procedure Dr. Kim explained everything. He checked to see I needed anything and offered breaks if I needed it. I also liked how he talked to his assistant in a positive, teaching manner during my procedure. Such great respect for one another. I can't say enough good things about this practice.

I have had the best experiences with Premier Care! The Drs have provided me with outstanding dental care and all the hygienists are extremely thorough and just wonderful! My 4 year old son also is a patient here and everyone is so patient with him and kind to him! Can’t recommend them enough.
