Premier Dental has earned my trust and respect. Their entire team is caring, friendly, compassionate, and professional. Kim, the dental hygienist, does an awesome job and shows me how to improve my dental health. Dr. Adam Jones is a top notch dentist, who is very skilled, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and precise. They all do excellent work.

After my experience today, giving Dr. Diaz-Jones, Dr. Jones, staff 5 stars. I had a very loose 12 year old crown/implant from elsewhere. I was getting very stressed as this issue was going on for days. My regular dentist of 4 years would not even look at it. Last Friday I was able to have another dentist look at implant. He felt I needed to see a Prosthodontist. Premier Dental was able to get me in quickly. They problem solved and repaired the crown to implant. So I am quite happy. I will go back to this office for further procedures.

I am extremely happy with the final result of my porcelain veneers. They look incredibly natural. Like I was born with perfect teeth; without looking fake or overdone in any way. Eva did an exceptional job designing my veneers. Her eye for detail and aesthetics really shows in how balanced and natural everything looks. Dr. Diaz handled all of the preparation work. Her precision, expertise, and attention to detail were outstanding. I felt completely confident in her hands throughout the process. Dr. Jones aligned my bite better than it had been naturally and placed my veneers beautifully. The fit and comfort are perfect. The entire team was professional, skilled, and detail-oriented. After a horrible experience with another dental practice for over two months, I went to Premier Dental for a second opinion. I met with both the husband and wife and immediately felt at ease. They would confer with one another for the best options for me and explained in detail how they would proceed and why. They answered all my questions and concerns (and believe me I had a lot of them:). You can sense the mutual respect they have for one another, and their combined knowledge and experience made me feel confident that they would be the ones that I could trust with the serious issues I am having (and have always had) with my teeth. This has been a very difficult, emotional, and often painful journey, but I believe that these dentists are the ones that can help me. And as a little sidebar, two of their staff there were previously employed at the dental office I left. Hmmmm.... (I took that as another good sign😁!!)

I set up an appointment for an oral examination and X-ray with Dr. Jones. They took the x-ray and made me wait to be visited. 15 minutes into it, an assistant came back to tell me that neither Dr.Jones (or his wife, also a dentist at this practice) would visit me. They let me know that I could go to a diffent dentist but I would not be visited after all. No explanation was given. Very unprofessional and rude! I selected one of the the dentist and was refused service. I was refunded the visit, but no x-ray were forwarded. Is it because I did not chose his wife for this visit? This behavior is unexcusable, demining and inappropiate. Do not do business with Premier Dental.
