I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Every single person I encountered was so sweet & patient. They made sure I was comfortable. They asked if I wanted a blanket when they got the nitrous started. I did, so they brought one & covered me up. They tended to every concern I had during the appointment. They adjusted the nitrous until my anxiety was under control. They listened when I told them I wasn’t numb, and gave me what was needed until I was. They repeatedly ensured me they’d take good care of me, and they absolutely did. 10000000/10 recommend!❤️

Very nice dentist and staff but if you’re not in the best of health and have an history and need sedation don’t bother. Out of an abundance of caution for your safety they won’t touch you and basically tell you, you need to go to Memphis or Nashville for someone to deal With your sedation needs, but for me personally that solves ZERO problems with my mouth. Everyone was very nice but it leaves you feeling very depressed your “To broke to fix”

Premier Dental Center was an excellent dental care facility from the moment I walked in the door. The waiting room was tasteful, bright and clean (the site was immaculate throughout the building). All the staff were super friendly and nice. I spent under five minutes waiting to be called into the treatment room. Staff immediately got down to business, and I was done very quickly. I've been to Premier twice and both times were great experiences. This dental center operates efficiently – which I prize. Every step was seamless. With my insurance, the prices were very good. I highly recommend Premier Dental Center in Jackson.

This was my first visit to the Jackson office. As with the Bells location, the staff and doctor were very pleasant, caring and professional in a clean and bright environment. There wasn't any wait time for my appointment as they were right on schedule and the summary for this visit was detailed and clear. Given I've visited two locations, I have to say this company is well managed and very obviously customer service driven. I strongly recommend them!

As someone whose favorite hobby is definitely not going to the dentist, I can honestly say this team has completely changed my perspective. They are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and somehow make dental visits enjoyable. Let's be real: most people don't jump at the chance to schedule more dental work. Between the cost and the anxiety, it's easy to put things off. But the amazing staff here makes you feel so comfortable that you actually want to stay on top of your oral health. Thank you for making a place I used to dread feel welcoming, stress free, and dare I say... enjoyable!
