My first visit to Premier Dental Center in Milan was exceptional. When I entered the beautiful offices, I was greeted by a friendly front desk lady who called me by name. Impressive! Then, after a short wait, I was escorted to a room where two dental assistants, Lilly and Bliss, explained everything they were going to be doing to me at this visit. They were friendly and knowledgeable and made my visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Arnold was very friendly and nice and helped me understand what dental procedures I might need. I felt very comfortable and confident with him. I’m so happy with my choice of this dental office and I highly recommend Premier Dental Center.

Premier Clinic in Milan has the nicest employees. I see Dr. Kail and I call him the gentle dentist.I have been to some dentists that want to get you in and out having no regards to your comfort. But Dr. Kail strives on keeping your procedure pain free. He is by far the best dentist I have ever had.

Hi all, I visited premier in Milan. It was a visit that I have put off for three years. I needed an extraction or a crown. I ended up loving my experience here, they are extremely up to date with their technology. A bit on the expensive side, however, I have been told that three different dentists and Premier made me feel like they cared about the patient. We talked about what I needed, and the pricing, decided the right treatment for my needs at this time. They did only what I wanted. A very great team of professionals. And a shout out to Anne for making me feel comfortable with my decisions and my care plan. Great work!

I have to be honest I was very anxious and nervous as I walked into Premier Dental Center in Milan.. but soon after signing in I was called back by the sweetest girl.. Rachel..she helped to calm my nerves and everything went smoothly.. on my second visit Rachel was there with me again along side Dr Katie. She is amazing too! I felt as if they honestly care about you and they will make your dental appointment relaxing and as pain free as possible! I highly recommend Premier Dental of Milan TN

Edited: I was contacted by Shanna received an apology and assured my experience was an isolated/ teachable moment. I have changed my rating from 2 to 4 stars based on previous experiences. I was not asked to change it. Seen Dr Katie several times all good visits. Original review: Front desk people are very nice, the dental technician however.... today I went to pickup a dental preventive appliance it was pulled from the package and placed in my mouth it tasted like burnt plastic. When I told her it tasted bad she said oh well its already in there and started asking if it fits well. I asked if she rinsed it off before she put it in my mouth, she said no the manufacturer sanitized it. I could care less how it fit at that moment it was making me nauseous. No consideration of what I said. I pulled it out, handed it back to her and she said she was going to talk to the dentist. I had to go to the water fountain wash my mouth out try to get rid of the terrible taste. 2 hours later teeth brushed and still tasting burnt plastic. Good luck with your visit.
