I had a toothache my appointment was scheduled as emergency but woke up with a fever so to protect them I called and let them Know I was running a low grade fever.and wanted to reschedule and was told I have to find another dentist they won’t even take me after the fever goes away away. I should’ve have just shown up sick. Instead of trying not to get them sick. Now I have a toothache and need to try and find a dentist that will take me. I was a patient in their office from another doctor that left. And they was helping me out in checking on my toothache because I couldn’t find any other dentist. But now for me trying to not get them sick I can no longer go there. Wow just for thinking and protecting them from not getting sick..

This dental office is in need of equipment updates (ie: equipment used is extremely outdated and the facility itself needs TLC). The paint on the walls are peeling the equipment itself is old and fading. The Dr. that assessed me and cleaned my teeth seemed qualified however one item suggested was an extraction of a wisdom tooth. The receptionist/assistant gave me one estimate with Dr.Germano to do the extraction at one price then consulted with her and apparently she was not going to do the extraction and handed it to another dentist at a higher cost. I have never been to a dental office so old and decrepit.

The office itself is old/outdated and nothing state of the art. Did not feel welcoming nor friendly or like anyone really cared. Worst dental experience of my life having a simple extraction. The "oral surgeon" said my tooth was infected but she was going to take it anyway.....no antibiotics even though I have a heart condition, could not numb me even though I had a "Hot tooth" so excruciating pain then tooth broke so had to dig the rest out and get stitches....again like I was being tortured. I asked for pain meds and was told to just take 3 ibuprofen and 3 tylenol every 6-8 hrs I called in the next day concerned and asking for pain meds and antibiotic yet no response at all from the oral surgeon. I would not go to this place at all had it not been for a specific dentist I followed there but now she is gone. Think twice before going to this clinic unless you really like a particular dentist here.

I had the same experience as I waited a month for a simple procedure to tightened an implant and was charged over $200 for a visit with the wrong doctor who sent me to another dentist in the group for an appointment 2 days later.
The new dentist was not prepared and had no idea why I was there and asked me all the same questions as the first doctor. Although I provided all my past records in advance of my appointment (over a month ago) they were still asking for them as if I never gave them any information. I had to get on my i-phone and retrieve emails as I sat in the examining chair. Eventually, the doctor said, "oh here it is." Then referred me to an endodontist, which the first doctor had already referred me for a different issue, not related to the implant, which is why I was there! I was starting to feel crazy.
The second dentist said he did not have the tool needed to tighten my implant and would have to order it. Hmm? He couldn't read a chart from the first dentist and save me a trip to this unfriendly disorganized hexagon?
As a result, no service and yes, no smile. I had two appointments in one week with nothing to show for it except $200 out of my account.
No one smiles there. My presence seemed like an inconvenience to them.
I am new to the area and will find a new dentist. They are disorganized and have little to no attention to detail. I could live without the smiles if they could show a bit more competence. Not what I need in a dentist.

Not a friendly person answering phones today. I understand how the person can start to think they are a dentist and delve out rigid adherence to policies and procedures and not think outside of the box for something as simple as responding to a request for a simple X-ray. One they can make $60 in ten minutes or less, but she hasn’t seen that done before so in her mind it isn’t a possible option. You would think the first person from this office that you speak to would have great listening skills and troubleshooting capabilities, but not here.
