Concerns Regarding Appointment Experience I am writing to express my concerns regarding my son’s appointment on April 16, 2026, at 10:45 AM. Despite arriving on time and checking in promptly, we waited over 25 minutes without being called. When I inquired with (DEZI) the office manager, I was informed that the entire process could take 2 to 3 hours, and that our wait time was only 15 to 20 minutes, which did not align with our experience and felt dismissive. In the procedure room, Dr. Bangiyev discussed surgical risks that had not been communicated during our initial evaluation a month ago, leaving us insufficient time to make an informed decision. The anesthesia options were also unclear, as we were initially told only local numbing would be used without proper clarification on sedation. The suggestion to postpone the surgery added to our difficulties, considering our commitments related to my son’s school and my work. It is essential that scheduling takes family impacts into account. After agreeing to proceed, I was asked to wait in the waiting room. Following the procedure, my son expressed feeling very weak and losing consciousness, which was alarming. Additionally, I was not given the opportunity to speak with Dr. Bangiyev post-surgery. Typically, a physician would discuss the surgery’s outcome and provide post-operative care instructions. Instead, I was informed by a staff member that my son was ready to go home and was told Dr. Bangiyev was busy with another patient. This experience raises significant concerns regarding communication, professionalism, and patient care in your office. Clear communication and respectful interaction are critical, especially in pediatric care. I urge management to take this feedback seriously and implement necessary improvements to enhance the quality of care and patient experience.

I’ve had two procedures done here already, both by Dr. Bangiyev, and I must say that after a lifetime of bad experiences related to dental care, this is the place where I no longer feel nervous about coming back. The staff is beyond wonderful, the billing team was on top of everything, and my procedures were 100% painless—in fact, I don’t remember a thing. My recovery time was extremely quick, with no complications, and I didn’t even get swollen, people didn't believe me when I said “I just got 2 wisdom teeth removed yesterday”. So yes, five big golden stars 💫

The entire staff was incredibly kind, considerate, knowledgable and informative. Nurse Monica and Dr. Bangiyev were so kind and had great expertise. I was initially very nervous to have the surgery but it ended up being a smoother process than I could have imagined, even when I had all four wisdom teeth removed. Now that I am 1 day post-op, I I do not even feel that much discomfort and I was left with a lot of post-op information and tools to make recovery much easier. Thank you for all of your help!

I called them this morning at 8:15am for a wisdom tooth extraction and they said I have a 9:45am appointment available. I was done in 45 min. The front desk staff is amazing and well as the dentist.

I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and it was a very smooth and quick process. Doctor Kuznetsov was very careful and detailed when it came to my consultation and day of the extraction. His work left me healing quickly with very minimal pain. Premier Oral Surgery has the best service and the ladies at the front are always the sweetest.
