What a great experience! Dr. Sood & his assistant Lia were so terrific & so reassuring before, during & after my tooth extraction. Could not have asked for a better team.Not knowing exactly the extent of the procedure. The office staff in person was terrific & Sue was just plain excellent on the phone & in person. I highly recommend this facility.

From the moment I walked into Premier Oral Surgery in the Monroe CT location to the moment I walked out, I truly felt cared for. Dr. Sood and his assistants, Arianna and Alequis, made me feel so comfortable, calm, and reassured every step of the way. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and helped ease any nerves I had. The front office staff was also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone in the office created such a positive experience, and I’m genuinely grateful for the care and compassion shown to me.

I’m thinking not many leave an oral surgeon’s office as pleasantly surprised as this new patient….especially after a tooth extraction. Dr Sood with his kind comforting manner and his wonderful assistant and all the staff couldn’t have been more professional, caring and thorough—making sure all my questions were answered. Dr Sood with his gentle bedside manner apologized for the discomfort while giving my novacaine (no pain after that) and explained the process throughout. All my anxiety beforehand was wasted energy! I have no hesitation recommending this practice and will certainly continue to!

Premier Oral Surgery has exceeded our expectations in terms of service and care. My daughter got her wisdom teeth removed at this location by Dr. Sood and we are so glad that she did. He is exceptional; very informative and trustworthy. Assistants Arianna and Shannon were also amazing by making us feel comfortable. Any patient will be in good hands under their care. I had my final wisdom tooth extracted after many, many years. I was given the recommendation of Dr. Sood and Premier Oral Surgery from the dentist that I have trusted for decades. I was greeted promptly and given the attention that I needed; the assistant and Dr. Sood explained the entire procedure to me as well as what to expect afterwards. It was painless, efficient and I would highly recommend this office for oral surgery of any kind.
