Thank you to Dr. Orzech and her two assistants as they were caring, compassionate, and kind in assisting me with my tooth removal. They reassured me that everything was going well and I was doing well. Thank you for your professionalism as well.
I will always choose Premier Oral Surgery & Implants, PLC if I need another tooth removed, which I pray I don't...lol

My daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed and the office and the Dr were amazing as usual. We have been there several times before and I love how they explain all the details so you know what to expect before the surgery day. They are always great at post recovery care as well and I appreciate that! I highly recommend this place!

Recently had a surgery at premier oral surgery.
They were wonderful made my experience so easy given I had pstd from other dental procedures years ago that were a nightmare.
Dr orzech is amazing I would recommend anyone to go there for any surgery needs.

I have yet to even make my surgery appointment so I can鈥檛 give this a full review. But from my ONE consultation appointment, the front desk woman named Bonnie was very very rude and impatient. I鈥檓 20 and so I do depend on my mom for insurance and to double check big payments. I came into my appointment thinking I would go in, get my X-rays, schedule my surgery and leave. NOPE! Nobody told me I needed to pay $619 upfront to even schedule my surgery. This woman Bonnie tells me that my insurance covered the xrays from that day and then proceeded to have me pay it. So I will be calling on Monday to see if my $140 was actually needed or not. Then she dropped it on me that I can鈥檛 schedule my appointment because I don鈥檛 have the money. She kept asking me over and over again if my mom would answer my call and then proceeded to ask me in the snottiest way possible where I work (after I throw my hands up and tell her I don鈥檛 have the money). Everyone else was friendly, but this woman was absolutely terrible. I went to my car and sobbed. Because in zero situation should you EVER do that to someone.

Dr. Orzech saved us a significant amount of money, time, pain, and discomfort after providing a second opinion on a broken implant. She and her staff were kind, thorough and informative, the surgery day was smooth and efficient, and the post-op instructions were very clear. My husband was taken excellent care of and recovered well. So grateful for her expertise. Highly recommend.
