First off who ever had the aux cord that day had their Playlist on lock down. Staff was super friendly the doctor was so cool and handsome no homo. they made me feel comfortable and important even though I live in visalia I would travel here every time if I had to. Due to how perfect this office was thank you everyone.

I greatly appreciate the smooth process for my dental procedure. The reminder phone calls asking if I had any questions prior to the procedure helped. The check-in process, and heading into the procedure was professional and friendly. Dr. Rabey makes one feel at ease, even though my anxiety level was there.Each step of the way, he explained what he needed to do, validated if I was ok and if I had questions. I sm impressed with the calm nature of the team, their communication with each other during the placement of the dental implant. Before leaving, the dental assistant reviewed the discharge care, once again validating my understanding. I appreciate that the team worked so well together. And the best surprise happened a little bit after I arrived home- the delivery of a beautiful floral arrangement thanking me for trusting Dr. Rabey & Dr. Moss with my care. Thank you for a positive experience!

The staff and Dr. went out of their way to make special arrangement for me to have an Emergency appointment to remove a broken wisdom tooth. I appreciated their kindness and willingness to go out of the way to help out a new patient who was in pain. They were most professional in all they did and my tooth was out in short order. The interaction with all staff and the Dr. was pleasant, helpful and at times even fun in spite of the situation. They were very good about giving me the important information about after care so my recovery has been smooth. I am very pleased to now be a patient of Premier Valley Oral.

Dr. Van Wagenen is a highly experienced oral surgeon and it is immediately clear how much he truly loves his work. He stays current with modern technology, brings deep expertise to every step of the process, and maintains a level of professionalism and confidence that puts patients at ease. This was my second visit to complete my implant. It is hard to imagine but the entire process has been pleasant and easy, due to this experienced team. Dr. Van Wagenen was thorough, skilled, and reassuring throughout the procedure. His medical assistants are equally outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely supportive. The entire office team is so warm and friendly. Truly an exceptional group of people. I can recommend this office without reservation.

Our special needs teenager needed his wisdom teeth out. Special needs parents can imagine our fear! Dr. Raby and CRNA Matt were awesome! Dental assistant - AWESOME! And our son? Doing so well! We can’t recommend this office enough!
