I had such a great experience at this dental office. Dr. Jessica Rivas and my hygienist Elena were both incredibly sweet, gentle, and caring throughout my visit. The assistants and entire staff were also so welcoming and kind. They were very accommodating to my needs and made me feel extremely comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated how soft and gentle they were during everything, which helped ease my anxiety a lot. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a comforting and positive dental experience!

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Rivas-Plata and the entire team at Prime Dental. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate, and that made all the difference for our family.
Dr. Rivas-Plata took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made Jake feel comfortable and at ease throughout the visit. You can truly feel how much they care about their patients, not just their dental health, but their overall experience and comfort too.

I found out about this business through my insurance. My doctor is Jessica Rivas she is excellent. She made me feel very comfortable about the surgery. I was gonna have. I was very nervous, but she he made me feel very secure and what was gonna happen. Everyone that works in the office is very very good and very polite with great customer service. I highly recommend.

Dr. Plata opened her own space after being my dentist for over a decade in Ft. Lauderdale and continued to see me at the old space until recently. Impressed, and thrilled for her, new space when I recently went for a serious issue and saw it for the first time. Her level of care is high and she loves what she does. Highly recommend.

Yessie and the rest of the staff were so nice and informative. I have never walked into a medical office before and have had such confidence like I did today. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I will be going back!
