I had a great experience at Prime Dental Grand Prairie. The clinic is very clean and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. The doctors and medical practitioners are very knowledgeable and clearly experts in their field. I had a full exam, X-rays, and a deep cleaning done, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
I truly appreciate the care and attention I received and would highly recommend Prime Dental Grand Prairie to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I had a great experience at Prime Dental. The staff is friendly, professional, and the office is always clean and well organized.
Michael is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. He’s very thorough, knowledgeable, and makes the whole experience comfortable. You can tell he really cares about his patients.
Highly recommend Prime Dental, and definitely ask for Michael!

I’ve been to plenty of dental offices, but Prime Dental is on a completely different level. I’ve had multiple extractions done here, and not only is it cost friendly, but the entire team truly cares about YOU as a person, not just a patient. From the moment you walk in, Mayra at the front desk makes you feel welcomed like family. Anna, the dental assistant, is warm, attentive, and knows exactly how to calm your nerves. And Dr. Manish… honestly, he’s the most gentle, kind dentist I’ve ever met. He explains everything, checks in constantly to make sure you’re comfortable, and treats you with so much respect and compassion. Walking into a dental office usually comes with anxiety but here, I actually feel safe. They don’t just do their job, they go above and beyond to make sure you feel cared for. I’ll recommend Prime Dental over ANY other practice, every single time. If you’re looking for a place that’s affordable, compassionate, and genuinely life changing in how they treat their patients, this is it. Book your appointment. You’ll thank yourself later.

Usually a great experience. Today I understand there were computer issues. It would have been nice to know they are running 40+ min late. Not a fan of a child running around and coming in and out of the rooms. Leaving suction on next to my ear for over 10 min. No one was in the room to ask to shut it off. Then there is a chicken? Real,fake,why? Just why? Dr.Patel. Awesome. Other than that. Poor experience. Usually excellent, today, not at all
