I’ve had a really good experience at Prime Dental in Pasco. The staff is always friendly and easy to talk to, and they make things easier by explaining everything clearly.
Dr. Ramirez is who I normally see and he's done a great job every time I’ve gone in. He’s always been honest with his recommendations and never makes me feel pressured when it comes time to make my dental decisions. I really appreciate that he takes the time to explain what’s going on and what actually needs to be done. He's also made time in his busy schedule when I had an emergency and was experiencing excruciating pain.
The office is clean, organized, and they’re respectful of you and your time.

Very helpful and considerate! They hold a veteran's event each year, and make clear efforts get a much done for folks as they can within that event. Even once I was established as a patient, they made a point to call me about and include me in the event. I never even thought to ask, but they went out of the way to make sure I could benefit as much as possible. I'll be returning!

We were looking for a new dentist (due to insurance change) and landed on Prime Dental in Pasco. I cannot say enough good things about them - making the appointment was super easy, I was seen on time by a very efficient and friendly staff and everyone did a great job! Looking forward to becoming long-term clients!

I had a fantastic experience with Nancy Aguirre at Prime Dental! She did an amazing job with my teeth cleaning—thorough, gentle, and super professional. I felt completely comfortable the entire time, which isn’t always easy at the dentist! Nancy’s friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch dental care.

Peter and Dr. Ramirez were amazing! I had them for two of my appointments for fillings and I will definitely be back! Best customer service and the most pain free dentist appointments I’ve ever had! So thankful to have them! And so convenient that this location is close to my home!
