Today I went to Professional Lane Dental as a new patient, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for.
The front desk representative, Carlie, was absolutely amazing—so welcoming, respectful, and helpful. She truly stood out and set the tone for the entire visit.
The nurse who assisted with my care was just as wonderful. She was an attentive and active listener, made me feel completely comfortable, and honestly had me excited to be there—which says a lot when it comes to dental visits.
Now for the best part: Dr. Dougherty. There is only one other dentist I ever brag about, but Dr. Dougherty has officially become my favorite. My concerns were addressed right away. He listened to me, I listened to him, and together we discussed what I wanted. He then gave his professional opinion and created a plan that made sense.
That is exactly how doctors are supposed to treat their patients. I highly recommend Professional Lane Dental to anyone looking for genuine, quality care.

So happy with Professional Lane Dental! It’s like going to visit some of your family, they make you feel comfortable and right at home. Karen and Winnie are so kind, thoughtful, and considerate. They try to work around your schedule for appointments and if you are in pain, they try to get you in to see a doctor ASAP. I see Dr. Dougherty and he and his staff are great! Thanks for all you do. Highly recommend!!!!

First time here so far and everyone was genuinely nice. I really appreciated their time, patience and kindness. I am happy to have found this place. They were also very informative and were happy to answer any questions I had. My experience was really good and their overall kindness made me feel good about going there. I definitely recommend this place. Everyone was very personable which makes things more comforting. Thank you all for being wonderful.

Today was my first visit. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr.Dunford explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel very comfortable.
I am so glad that my husband, and daughter talked me into going to them.

Professional Lane Dental is a full service general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry practice located at 102 Professional Lane in Dothan, Alabama, serving Dothan and the surrounding areas.
