Dr Kaely is confident, knowledgeable, skilled, and pleasant. After doing a very thorough health history, and evaluation of my gum recession she then took the time to answer all of my questions regarding upcoming gingival graft. She did a great job on the graft itself. Very impressed with her and her office staff Julie, Alex, Cassie, and Martha. Tracy did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Warm and welcoming I could tell they are truly concerned about what’s best for the patient.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Janice Kaeley. From my visit, it was clear that patient care was not a priority. The consultation felt rushed, my concerns were dismissed, and I did not receive the level of professionalism or expertise I expected from a medical practitioner.
Additionally, I noticed a suspicious number of overly positive reviews that don’t align with my experience. I highly recommend doing thorough research before trusting these ratings. If you’re looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients, I’d advise considering other options.

As a response to you Janice… You asked my husband to pay for the service upfront so you could give him an appointment date and on the day of, you turned him away and said you couldn’t see him and never gave him the chance to reschedule. We’ve called multiple times and talked to the front desk receptionists Giselle and Julie very lovely ladies but it all comes down to you being the worst person to run a business, and you mean all your fake reviews? Got it //////Worst place to ever still be running. Janice Kaeley has the worst attitude, she will treat you differently if you are not paying cash, she laughs at patients and does not care as long as you pay she will refuse to continue treating, my husband was wrongfully denied

Great office, excellent staff, and very happy with Dr.Kaeley. She was thorough and explained everything well. Even followed up with me in the evening after the surgery to see how I was doing. Highly recommend this office and Dr.Kaeley.

What a great experience! Everyone in the office was friendly, caring and kind! All my questions were answered. Plus, they play really great music in the office, always a good thing!!!
I just wanted to add that my surgery went well and was relatively pain free. Dr. Kaeley is very gentle and concerned about her patients. She is patient and answers all my questions. Her staff is warm and caring. This has been a very positive experience!
