We love Provo Family Dentistry! Our family has been coming here for 10+ years and we've all had great experiences. The office staff are super friendly and efficient. The hygienists are well trained and offer helpful suggestions for better home care. Dr. Flick is caring and very thorough, and always takes the time to answer our questions or address any concerns. Whether it has been routine cleanings, braces, wisdom teeth removal, or the unfortunate, but thankfully uncommon, cavity filling, we are really really happy with the quality of care we receive at Provo Family Dentistry!

Provo Family Dentistry is my favorite dentist since my childhood dentist retired! All of their equipment is up to date and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. They are always happy to answer questions and looking to further what their practice can provide. I used to have a tongue tie and had dentists offer to cut it in the past but never provide reasons or research beyond “we usually do on kids”. Dr. Neal helped me by understand the research and reasons behind it as well as the safe way to do it. I have since gone through myotherapy and a tongue tie release with no problems and less neck pain.

Provo Family Dentistry did a great job with my dental care. They filled my cavity and also gave me helpful advice about a cracked tooth, making sure it was managed for now so I could keep the tooth. I really appreciated their friendly and professional approach throughout the visit. Everyone was welcoming, and I felt well cared for. I’ll be happy to return here for my future dental needs.

My husband and I have been coming to Provo Family Dentistry for several years now, and every visit has been such a pleasant experience. The staff are always friendly, professional, and incredibly caring. From the moment we walk in, we feel welcomed and well taken care of.
Dr. Flick takes the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we’re comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The office is clean, efficient, and creates a calm atmosphere—even for people who normally get nervous at the dentist!
We’re grateful to have found a place we trust and truly enjoy coming back to. Highly recommend Provo Family Dentistry to anyone looking for exceptional care and a team that genuinely values their patients!

The Provo Family Dentistry office is wonderful. They were running on time and all of their staff was so kind. The dental hygienist was so thoughtful and let my child watch everything she did and answered all of his questions. She was very patient. Dr. Flick is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. He quickly came up with some ideas on how to help my tmj. I highly recommend the Provo Family Dentistry office!
