Want to start this off by saying I do not write review, not good ones, not bad ones, never. But this needed to be known to anyone in need.
We called this office while desperately looking for urgent help for chronic tooth pain, and they were the only office that seemed to care (out of the 6 i called!). Although they couldn’t see me today, But not from a lack of caring or trying, Kristina at the front desk went above and beyond.
She stayed on the phone with me while I was panicking and embarrassed, reassured me there was nothing to be ashamed of, and took the time to find and provide a list of oral surgery offices they regularly refer patients to, emailed me the list with phone numbers, addresses, doctors names, along with a list of general dentistry as I had also mentioned I was in need of one for basic dental care, All of this was done even though we not even patients.
After reading other reviews, I can see why this office is so well loved. If this is the level of care starting at the front desk, I can only imagine how great the rest of the experience is. I will absolutely keep this office in mind for future care for myself, friends and family. 5 stars is not enough

I had never had surgery from a Periodontist before. I sure am glad I was referred over to Dr. Nordlie and the whole team at Puget Sound Periodontics.
Everything was handled so smoothly and so well.
They really do care, they scheduled me in at the last minute for a follow-up and had answers to all my questions. I have never experienced such great care as I have here. Thank you so much!

I was extremely apprehensive about extracting a couple of teeth however, Dr. Liu was supportive and considerate explaining the entire process. The anesthesia he administered was not as painful as I have experienced in the past. He checked on me later that evening which is above and beyond! I also did not experience any pain after extraction! Thank you, Dr. Liu!!!!!!

I had a few dental cleaning with Angelica - and she is soo great! Her way to administer pain medication was very gentle and I felt very comfortable during procedure. She was very thorough with each tooth and used warm water for cleaning - it was luxurious experience .
Also she knows how to approach individually to patient and implements deep medical knowledge and understanding of their needs.
Angelica follows up after appointment sending over all this super helpful tips to keep my gums healthy.
It was great to get a recap of everything we discussed, and I really felt taking cared of.
I was very impressed and satisfied with her dental care and looking forward for my next dental visit!❤️

About Puget Sound Periodontics - West Seattle
Puget Sound Periodontics, West Seattle is part of a Seattle area specialty practice for dental implants, periodontal therapy, and gum grafting operating from three locations, with this office located on California Avenue Southwest in the West Seattle area. The office offers dental implant treatment, including All on 4 and full arch implant solutions, for patients who are missing some or all of their teeth. Because the practice is a periodontal specialty office rather than a general dentistry office, the team's focus is on the gum and bone health that implants depend on, alongside the surgical placement of the implants themselves.
Patients considering dental implants at this West Seattle office can expect an evaluation of gum and bone health before any implant planning begins, since periodontists specialize in the tissue and bone foundation that implants rely on. The office also provides periodontal maintenance and gum grafting for patients who need healthier gum tissue before or after implant treatment. Its location on California Avenue Southwest, in the office suite numbered 200, makes it accessible for residents throughout West Seattle.
About the Care Team
About the Care Team: The West Seattle office is staffed by periodontal specialists from the Puget Sound Periodontics group, a practice with three Seattle-area locations focused on gum health, bone health, and dental implant surgery. Care here typically begins with an evaluation of gum and bone condition before any implant planning, since healthy tissue is the foundation for lasting implant results. The team also provides periodontal maintenance and gum grafting for patients who need extra support for their gum tissue. Because specific doctor assignments can shift between the practice's locations, patients are encouraged to confirm which specialist will see them when scheduling.
