Went for Wisdom teeth removal with IV Sedation & etc. All of staff were polite, answered all my questions, and have reassured me that there is nothing to be worried about. Dr. Carmichael was very efficient and nonjudgmental. The lobby is cozy. The restroom was equipped with necessities and clean. Thank you Pure Oral!

This staff is EXTRAORDINARY!! just leaving my wisdom extraction and they're are absolutely phenomenal!! Friendly, compassionate, caring this team is 10/10 give em raises 💪🏽 hardly remember as I'm still under but Big shoutout Elisha ( I think her name one) 🙏🏽 Thank you everybody for your time, compassion , and consistent execution ✨

It is highway robbery to charge $266 for a consultation fee and do absolutely no work to a patient's mouth. Then you all take extra xrays when the dentist that referred the patient has already done xrays and should have sent copies over to you. I had no work done to remove 2 bad painful teeth bc the OOP costs after INS were way too high. At least lower the consultation fee so a new patient doesn't feel like they were bamboozled out of almost $300 bucks for nothing!

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and the Dr. himself was incredibly knowledgeable and collaborative with care. I would have absolutely 110% booked here for my wisdom teeth removal if it wasn't for the head-spinning sticker shock from the co-pay quote I received (insurance was allegedly in network). I went somewhere else that only specializes in wisdom teeth removal...and I'm not even exaggerating here...it was 1/12 of the price this clinic quoted me.
