The staff at Pure Smiles, so sweet and helpful. Although the dentist was very nice, I didn't have alot of time with her to be able judge her performance, to be done later. However, I will go back because the rest of the staff especially Natalie and Kylie were so nice, talkative.and put me at ease. The girls at the front desk so so nice and genuinely cared about my situation. All the patients in the waiting room knew the staff and were chatting with them even prior to their appt. I really hope the dentist does as good a job as the rest of the staff.

This clinic completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. Dr. Frierson is always warm, gentle, and genuine and has a presence that always puts me at ease. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients and enjoys what she’s doing.
The whole team is just as amazing! Friendly, organized, and always welcoming. They remember you, make you feel comfortable, and keep everything running so smoothly that my appointments have always been quick and stress-free. I couldn’t ask for a better experience every time, and I’d recommend them to anyone who asks!

It was a great experience. No wait time, all of the staff were friendly and professional. The office is very nice. I have had a lot of previous dental work in my life and this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. No pain. Dr. Dao is the best dentist ever!

As a fellow patient was present that day I feel it’s important to share another perspective. The staff was calm, respectful, and professional throughout the visit, even while dealing with behavior in the waiting room that was disruptive to others.
Dental offices can be stressful, but courtesy and patience go a long way. From what I observed, the team handled the situation appropriately and with consideration for all patients present
