UPDATED REVIEW The clinical care at this office is excellent, which makes this experience even more disappointing. My crown replacement December 8th was painless and professional. Chris, the hygienist, was attentive and kind, and Dr. Cobb communicated clearly throughout the procedure. Unfortunately, the billing experience has been terrible. After being overcharged, I needed a refund and an updated Payment Summary to receive reimbursement from my Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Despite multiple calls and voicemails, the billing department has been extremely difficult to reach, with little to no follow-up. I was told in December the insurance payment hadn’t been received and when it was they would issue a refund and a new Payment Summary. My insurance confirmed they sent the payment December 24th. While I eventually received half of the money I was overcharged yesterday, Jan 19th, I am still waiting on the other half and an updated Payment Summary to recover the other $485 or so I paid previously from my FSA. At this point, the ongoing billing issues and lack of communication have completely overshadowed an otherwise great clinical experience. In this economy, please don’t play with people’s money.

My 6 year old daughter and I have been attending this practice for routine dental service now for a couple of years. We overlap our appointments, and have an efficient and pleasant experience every time (we have rarely spent more than 3-4 minutes in the waiting room). I have consistently had the same dental hygienist, Holly, who is always warm, gentle, thorough, and fun to chat with. My daughter feels confident and comfortable during each of her visits, too. We're very happy to have found this practice!

Had my usual cleaning at Pure Smiles. Tracy does such a good job. Very personable and knowledgeable. Been going there since I was a kid and have always been very well taken care of. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for dental cleanings or have issues with your teeth.

Krystal is fantastic. I told her I was super nervous the first time I came and she was very comforting and super nice each visit I went back for. I’m very glad to know I have her taking care of me.

Have been with this office for a few years now and every year it’s something new. From forcing my son to add on an extra services and not allowing him to call me or ask questions about it, to today telling me a needed a filling even the Dr. said I didn’t need when asked to come back into the room. I’ve had to call the insurance because they tried to charge for a co-pay on cleanings that are fully covered with insurance and dealt with some of the rudest ladies when I ask questions for clarification. When my child needed wisdom teeth removal they tried to charge me the full price, thank goodness I keep all insurance quotes that are sent to me. This place needs to be better to clientele and stop trying to double dip for more money.
